Monday at 12:04 Major took our order. He was outstanding and here is why: He was very polite. He double checked everything after our order was placed. I have been disappointed with some of the fast food places because service is less than par, but not at this Wendy’s. Food was hot and fresh. Order time and pick up time was very acceptable. The order was accurate. You could tell this employee took pride in his work. The service and the food were exceptional. Kudos to Wendy’s for a job well done! We will be back!!

Not the smoothest experience, but at least the food was standard quality. Counter service wasn’t too great–not sure if the person taking our order was just nervous, but they were not very organized. Never did get the junior frosty, but the rest of the food was there. For some reason, the only drinks they had were diet options. We couldn’t even request any from behind the counter because they seemed “too busy”. The facility was standard. Restroom was fairly clean. Overall, could have been a better experience.

As I was approaching the door in a few nights ago an employee who bypassed (assuming) coming out of the restroom turned around and stopped to hold the door for my kids and I with a big smile. The food was also great! Last night, I went back and saw him again so I ask his name so I could leave him a good review for his excellent service, food and hospitality. With another friendly smile he replied “Antonio”. With employees like Antonio, I will continue returning! This young man deserves a raise and/or recognition!

For the past two weeks this establishment has not been taking orders via drive through when you pull up on speaker it says door dash & mobile order & my family was only ordering drinks, this establishment has NO!!! Customers & I see why now employee also mentions that on other days you can only order nuggets & fries if you do not like that go somewhere else

Food was ok the girl at the window was very nice. But the Manger there needs to learn to count money. I gave the young lady at the window 100 bill. So she gave it to the manager to break. I had to ask for the correct change 3 times. Just give them a card when you pay. Cash confuses them.

Went to Cracker Barrel and waited 15 min to never be seated. Came to this Wendy’s location instead. Staff was so friendly and prompt. Knowledgeable of the menu ingredients. The best Wendy’s I’ve been to.

The food was fresh. However, I deleted my five star review. This place ain’t short of people to work. This place just needs leadership. There was a girl up front standing in front of the fry station just standing around. Another lady standing around doing nothing. Nobody knew I even put an order in. When one of the ladies asked me if I was ordering or waiting, finally, after 5 minutes of standing there, I said “ask the person who took my order.” These two ladies had time to check their phone though. I know one of them was stocking. The one in front of the fry machine though, from the time I walked in, seemed to not know what to do. The manager and some other guy were the ones up front taking orders. The manager kept asking the drive thru dude if he was gonna make my burger. There were people in the back stocking. They seemed not to be on the same page. They could easily do front counter. Lazy. The manager walked up front to put in a register in, otherwise if I hadn’t have put an order in the drive thru, on foot, they wouldn’t have. I walked half an hour to get here and the drive thru dude was nice enough to ask the manager to let me order from the drive thru window. I don’t know how things work today, but when I was in food service, I learned every job so I could do any one of them if the time called for it. Either the manager can’t manage, or the workers don’t want to work and rely on other people to carry the torch until they get burnt out and leave.

Chili tasted great. Was Luke warm, however. Frosty was in cleanup mode. They should have not sold it. Frosty was melty and foamy. Service slow. Outside poor lighting. Seemed as if there was no management on site or if so…mo managing occurring
