Disgusting food. Ordered a veggie Mexican pizza. The contents are so dry that I can’t tell if they’re beans or meat. Bean burrito is about the same. You should be ashamed of serving food of this quality!

i wish i stopped going to this place back when they first started getting orders wrong, i ordered a crunch wrap supreme and a beefy 5 layer burrito, instead of getting what i ordered i got a cheese bean and rice burrito, ( i cant stand spicy) and i got a quesadilla. someone tell me why there was also 5 non supreme tacos marked as Doritos locos tacos and nun of them where Doritos locos?

If I could give no stars I would. This place is absolutely terrible, lacking customer service and providing the customer with food that they order. I ordered 2 grilled cheese burritos via DoorDash and I was deliver 2 tortillas wrapped in burritos with no grill, no melted cheese on the outside and on the inside minimal beef and extra Fritos? I have never been so disappointed with an order before. It’s like they threw it together with out a care. It seems like they know they are messing up people’s orders because they won’t answer the phone either. I’ve called 4 times now with no answer. Do not order from here.

We waited 15min in the drive thru got the food , they put all the heavy stuff on top of the nachos. Drive thru guy was complaining about his stomach hurting and the asked use if we had stomach issues … definitely on drugs eyes where glazed over . I think there were two people working. Super slow . Food very inconsistent not the same amount in the burrito and othe food.

Ordered a plain hard taco and the shell tasted so old I couldn’t finish it. It made me so nauseous. Tasted like the box it probably came in. I will never eat here again. Never had a taco from a Taco Bell that gross.

Tonight was a horrible night at this restaurant. As I was coming here to get food for myself and someone else. I did not think I had received all of the food. No, I don’t know the menu by heart, nor do I work here. As I was expressing that I believe I didn’t get everything, the young employee was being told to tell me everything was in the bag. Again I was getting another part of the meal for someone else and just wanted to reassure I had everything, as they had asked for an extra item and it honestly didn’t look like we had it in the bag. At this point I asked for the manager as time is being waisted both ways. She then expressed to me in an insulting manner that I was wrong and in fact the order was correct. It doesn’t take long to say. Hey, I understand you may not know but this is what come with your order. Take the time to educate your customers. Instead of insulting them to make yourself feel better. To top off the experience when we got back with the food and began to open it up to eat, the specification of meat we asked for on our meal was completely wrong. When you want something a certain way you just want it that way, especially if it’s your favorite. Unfortunately, we didn’t get that or good customer service. Really disappointed.

We usually go around 8 or 9pm the general manager there works the window and headset most of the time and is always extremely rude. Our food is never good and we will not be returning. I once even found a bone in my quesarito i wish I had taken a picture of it but I was eating while driving. Once when we went the general manager was in the window and took cash from the car ahead of me while he had gloves on and didn’t change them then when I got to the window he took my card then proceeded to go make food WITHOUT changing his gloves again. Absolutely disgusting. Never going to this location again.
