Worst experience ever at a Wing Stop. Only one other guest in store. I placed my order and was told that it would be at least a 20 min wait by a very sassy what I assume to be the manager. I said that was fine. Two employees were loitering outside the door. As I went to find a seat I noticed that all the tables had trash on them and it appeared the dining area had not been cleaned in several hours. Sassy britches kept walking around playing on his phone while loitering employees returned inside not to be seen. As I was leaving Sassy Britches re-emerged and hung a make shift sign on the door saying they were closing early. This clearly was not a case of being overrun with business. Just a lack of care.

I ordered via the app. I got there early and was told my food would be down in 6 minutes. So I patiently waited, but after 30 minutes I went to the counter. My food was sitting on a shelf. They just plain forgot about me. I go there twice a month but I won’t be going back after this. They get busy and I understand that but this wasn’t one of those times

The worst wingstop in the area. My wings have very little sauce, overcooked, and even one wrong flavor. The fries were less than satisfying as they were soggy, and “extra seasoning” was more like no seasoning, this place seems to always intentionally mess things up. Have been to many wingstops, and this is my last visit to this one.

Waited 30 minutes for a disappointing chicken sandwich and some fries. It’s called WINGstop for a reason. Stick with the wings, the sandwich really does just taste like a chicken tender with too much sauce on it.

When I say my order was beyond messed up, there is no exaggeration! I ordered a 40 piece group pack with 3 orders of parmesean seasoned fries and cheese sauce. We had it delivered to our house and we ended receiving a 20 piece with one eye order of veggie sticks ♀️. No fries. No cheese sauce, and half of our chicken was missing. Ended up calling this location to let them no what happened and the manager and staff didn’t even apologize for giving me the wrong order and had the worst attitudes. The manager said “Let me call my district manager.” What?? You need to call your district manager to issue me a refund? Aren’t you, as the manager, supposed to know how to do that? She ended up telling me she’ll call me back after she gets done talking to her boss about what happened……still waiting for them to call me back…..it’s been 3 hours. Never ordering from this location again.

Placed an online order and upon arrival it wasn’t ready. The two employees behind the counter seemed to work as fast as possible. Seemed like one of the two was still sort of newish and learning.
