Very disappointed in the service and food. I order breakfast on the app often and it’s the same thing. Oatmeal with extra cream, extra apples and two orders of bacon. Most of the time I do not get extra apples and have to ask. They are suppose to put the cream in and always forget and they give me the small containers of coffee creamer to add. The bacon is always cold and the grease has set up on it so I have to microwave it when I get to work. They were out of diced apples one day and I found out after I ordered and paid. I was given one bag of apple slices and was yelled out and told I had to figure out how to cut them up and of course had to ask for my extras and then I get to work to eat breakfast and there was no cream not even the containers. Thankfully we have creamer at work.

Paid 10 dollars on the app and parked to wait. After 30 minutes, We went in trying to get our order. Nobody would come up to the front register since there was several mobile customers that went in to find about their food. All them had been there longer than the 30 minutes that I was there. In the end we paid 10 dollars and received nothing and never got to talk to anyone

Stood in line at Kingfisher McDonald’s at 5:30 pm on a Wednesday with one woman ahead of me, drive thru empty. The CHILDREN that occupy the store all would come look at us THE CUSTOMERS standing and waiting to be served and they’d roll their eyes and disappear to the back. The woman ahead of me turned to me and said she had been here awhile and she left. So I steeped up to the counter and got more eye rolls and no service. Hung around waiting for a manager because again, only children in this store. I went to leave and as I was headed out I found the manager out back on his phone, smoking pot. Asked, “Excuse me sir, do you work here?” To which he responded with a hand in my face. Brian Lepat, if you read this, I know this isn’t the way you handle your business. Would love to enjoy my local McDonald’s again.

I used to love going into or threw the drive threw because people where friendly,Not anymore the service I had to night from the back window was ridiculous, this isn’t the first time this has happened recently and it’s usually only when a certain girl is working, I don’t appreciate a window being slammed in my face or my arm about being closed in the door because people are petty and rude. Whether you like a person or not in this kind of industry you going going to come across alot of people you don’t like but you are at a job don’t be rude. I’m not trying to blast anyone on here but one of the people I had and have a problem with being rude to me is Ashley Cannon, I’m not sure the lady manager that worked tonight but she was very rude as well.
