I went through the drive-through. This is my norm.I ordered 2 number 1 Supreme Taco combos. I live about 5 minutes away. When I got home, the tacos were extremely mushy. I called Taco Bell. Unfortunately, I don’t remember the manager’s name, but she was awesome. She was very pleasant, understanding, and appolgecte. She asked what my order was, and when I walked in the door to return the order, it was waiting for me. Today, it is so rare to receive good customer service. So it was definitely an awesome experience. It’s not easy working at a fast food restaurant. So, Taco Bell, please let this manager know what an amazing job she is doing.

The customer service at this location is terrible. I ordered my food in the app, was charged for the food, and never received my food because my order was shown as picked up/ an old order even though I never received my food ( I believe they gave my food away). I clearly showed them my order in the app. The date, time, and amount. The only help they could provide me was to try to get a refund in the app. Wanted me to re order my food through the app and be charged AGAIN. I have already waited for my food for 20 minutes and was told I need to wait again. The manager on duty (not sure if they really were) provided no type of assistance or even concern to help.

So tonight I went through the drive thru and she told me they didn’t have any raspberry freeze. Never left the parking lot and order the same thing through ubereats at that location and what do you know everything out ordered or try to order through drive-thru I got through Uber eats. First let me start by saying this. I set at the menu for 10min. no one ever came, so I pulled up to the window. My order looked like it was a return. The bag was nasty on the inside and the chicken chalupa had no tomatoes or sour cream. Just afford. Took pictures.
