Really bad service today. I ordered cheese sticks and the whole thing was raw . I wish I could take back my money but got to many things to do at my house . O well next time I won’t order cheese sticks anymore.

I purchased a family meal that included 2 raw pizzas! I called them and they told me that they have had problems with the oven but that it should get fixed soon. So I asked them what they were going to do regarding my raw pizza and they advised me to put it in my oven for 10 minutes! I followed that up with “I thought I was purchasing a cooked pizza?” Neto the “owner” said that thinks happen like this sometimes and that it’s “NOT UNUSUAL” for things like this to happen in the fast food industry. I WILL BE REPORTING THIS TO THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU! My recommendation to anyone that wants to buy COOKED pizza is to avoid this place at all cost!!!!

I WORKED HERE ‼️ I’ll Admit That Sometimes We Don’t Give The Best Service Or Food But You Can’t Be Complaining About Things Like That If You Order CLOSE To Closing Or If You Order Delivery, Otherwise, It’s Great ‼️ We Have Amazing Prices, The Pizza Is God Damn Delicious Sometimes And The Wings Are The Best From Every Place Nearby. I Wouldn’t Recommend Delivery As The Food Does Get Cold, Don’t Be Lazy, Pick It UP ‼️ (Cheaper Too).

Delivered my three pizzas late with wings. Wings were disgusting had to place them on the oven for 30 mins more even after telling them well done. Food was more then 45 mins so it all arrived cold. Called the store and Neto the owner answered saying we were there for 20 mins and called 10 times . I have two calls on my call logs n my cameras caught a black car for 2 minutes then left. Hmmmmmm.

This was my first visit to PB’s Pizza. I ordered the carry out 5.99 pepperoni pizza. I am very impressed with the level of service Beto provided. I told him I was new to the area and I was interested in wings but I thought it would be too much food for one person. When my pizza was ready, he gave me 4 free mild wings with a side of ranch. Talk about extreme customer service! That was Awesome! The pizza was great, tasty, and very delicious, and the wings were absolutely delicious! Sold! Wings on my next visit! The restaurant was clean and the service was fast.

Pizza was late. Cold. Still had audacity to put their own handwriting on the receipt of five dollars. Fellow with a black car look like a Genesis. Is that illegal. Cuz I might want to press charges of what my cameras caught. Wings undercooked n they wanted to brush them with hot sauce but not all of them. Just like if they placed them n painted them ” what they could” without moving wings around. . Then the attendant on the phone had customers service at all night as might well Q onda cuh. .

We’ve been buying pizza from this place for the past 4 years, never had a problem and my family and I love the pizza. But we ordered a pizza yesterday and whoever made our pizza cut it so lightly we had to cut it again at home plus we found a hair inside the pizza, so we know it fell while they were making it. I really hope this doesn’t happen again.

I use to love it here and always ate here growing up. We have been customers for years. I ordered a pepperoni and jalapeño pizza and was delivered a pepperoni and sausage. When I called to let them know about the mistake the lady in back was arguing with me and the guy that answered saying she wasn’t replacing my pizza although they messed it up. I love supporting local and always will but it’s unfortunate how rudely I was spoken to. If things improve, I would love to come back and give my business.
