This is the worst customer service I have ever had. Today I walked into the door the staff looked at me and didn’t acknowledge or speak to me. I stood at the end of the counter to order my food and still the staff didn’t acknowledge me. After some time of this I turned to leave and then the staff decided I was important enough to stop theconversation and tell me they would be with me in a few moments. No, your busy was my reply as I exited the store. This is the second time I have been into this subway and both times the staff seems to be to busy talking and playing games to wait on customers. I will not return to Subway.

Worst experience I’ve ever had at a subway, I’ve spent quite a lot of time at a local subway as I had a family member that worked for subway. Charged me $16 for a protein bowl, chips, and a drink, which is corporate issue in my opinion, but 2 employees were working, one was walking around doing nothing, being a lazy, while the other was helping customers with a line out the door. The other one that wasn’t helping customers in the store was asked to help check me out. I knew this was going to go south quickly when I was handed my food without a bag after letting them know it was to go. I also had to repeat I needed a drink. Chips were stale. Payment was also completely messed upm i almost left without my food when they wouldnt take my cash payment. I hope management looks into this for real, not cool for the other employees or customers.

Went through the Blue Springs Drive-through today and got a salad. This is what I got for 9$ . Pretty pathetic and disappointing it was barely half full in the container. Not worth 9$ … it was like a side salad.

Slow service. Even when the parking lot is empty and there are no cars in the drive thru. The default phrase is…. I’ll be with you in just a moment…. Who knows what on earth is going on during that time. I’m disappointed that this Blue Springs restaurant has so many negative reviews, and nothing seems to change. This store truly needs to be REFRESHED.

Went to the drive through and waited a few minutes and couldn’t get anyone to respond so I went inside. I was the only customer at lunchtime and I forgot my mask. I walked in and asked if they had any disposable masks and the lady at the counter said no and said she won’t serve me without one… So I walked out and went back to the drive through. Still no answer so I said hello a couple times and the other guy working there came on and rudely said “I’ll help you when I can…”. So I left. I live pretty close to this store and this isn’t the first time I’ve had bad service/food there. I’m done with them, don’t bother with this place. Backyard burger right across the street on the other hand was quick, got my order right and were polite!

Ordered online. One of the sandwiches was made with the wrong condiment. (Lazyness) I called to tell them and the employee seemed totally clueless about what to do. I asked if she could remake the sandwich. She said yes and hung up on me. I assume they are remaking the sandwich. I take a picture of the one that was wrong just to show them in case they thought I was lying. Drive back up there to pick up the remade sandwich, the manager is very rude and tells me that they can’t make me another one unless I bring back the first one. I show her the picture of the first made sandwich with the date. Totally ignores it and repeats the same thing. I tell her you are just going to throw it away and when I called up here the girl didn’t tell me to bring the mismade sandwich back after she said she would remake it. She hung up on me. The manager said the girl said I hung up on her. I wasted a trip and gas to go back there to pick up a correct sandwich. They didn’t make it and the manager was very rude and treated me like I did something wrong or assumed that I was just trying to get free food. I will not be going back to this Subway. Rude and unprofessional.

I was ordering through the drive-thru. Sat at the screen for five minutes and when no one spoke, I drove up to the window. I sat there for another five to ten minutes trying to get the lady’s attention who was walking back and forth. I finally honked and she proceeded to unlock the drive-thru window and told me the drive-thru is closed??? I told her she needed to put a sign at the drive-thru stand and in the window. She slammed the window on me.

The drive-thru at this store is consistently terrible. They are too slow and my subs are never well-made. The last time I was in the drive-thru, I watched an adjacent bank process 4 customers in the same amount of time it took me to get one 6″ sub.
