Drinks are never made right for an entire year, when I finally complain to the “GM” she got an attitude and decided to go on a rant, lying and making excuses, when everything was said and done she danced inside screaming names and flipped us off from the inside of the store. I know this store doesn’t have that many employees but to get my orders wrong for a whole YEAR and I never say anything, finally say something cause ones a milkshake that wasn’t even flavored, and I get yelled at by a 50 year old General manager because I chose not to complain for a WHOLE YEAR??? As the GM of my own business, that is very much so unprofessional and I hope your other managers can handle customer complaints better then that.

I went there with my family very excited to try out the new steak grilled cheese. But what I got was a regular steak sandwich on regular plain white bread, not texas toast, no grilled cheese. I could have made this at home. Very disappointing.

My #3 order burger was cold and they gave me the wrong slush. I ordered grape slush and they ended up giving me some cream type slushy. Never coming here again. Perhaps they need to change their management so they can clean house!!!!

Says they close at 10pm and it’s 9:15pm. Waited 5 minutes and no other cars around other than the 2 workers there. Young boy and girl. Could have atleast spoke on the speaker and said they weren’t serving. Needs better workers with good customer service. Atleast have a manager there to over look what’s going on.

The food runner ended up keeping the change on my order and when I tried to call her back she just kept walking. I called the store and spoke to the manager who acted like he couldn’t care less and just said “oh she wouldn’t do that.” and completely dismissing me. Ridiculous!!!

I love driving 20 min across town just to pick up a mobile order and for it be wrong and for the worker to tell me that IM WRONG about my order, smh. Maybe an evaluation should be done for people in the fast food industry just to make sure they are capable of performing their job INCLUDING reading a screen. This happens all the time .
