Ordered a salad and realized after I started eating that half the lettuce was moldy. Hoping others don’t get sick from the food that has been going out or realized the mold before eating it like I did. I tried calling The Wendy’s hotline but it just leaves you on a dead end line with music.

This is an absolutely horrible Wendy’s, probably the worst one I have ever been to. One of the staff members got mayonnaise on my fries. Instead of getting me a new bag of fries she just washed them with water and casually handed it to me. I actually saw one of the other staff members eat half the fries from another customer’s bag before giving them their order. Rude staff and horrid customer service. Will never come back again .

Lady was very friendly but sorry you got my order wrong. My kid was furious he asked for nuggets not a burger. When I went back & nicely asked for a change she argued with me. Ive worked fast food. At Wendys in fact. The hill youre going to choose to die on is nuggets vs burgers!? She was so offended & nasty about it. Mistakes happen. Def said nuggets. (I always offer the choice my kid hates burgers & always says nuggets why I’m so confident he said nuggets) Got rung up as burger. We can move on right?? Nope. My husband asked for bacon & paid for bacon. No bacon. Had to go back & ask. The cheese on his sandwich was not melted– it seriously was a a solid square of cheese fresh from the fridge so his patty had just been sitting. I had asked for one of my kids to have fruit punch & then changed it to water but got fruit punch. I’d had enough of the attitude & mistakes so we all shared 1 big glass of water. The floor had significant water around pop machines that I was very worried for my elderly grandma & had her walk the long way to our table. Get a dry mop! Or a towel? I can’t believe you just let water sit & throw up a sign. There was only 1 table large enough for 5 of us & it hadn’t been cleaned. It was just not fun start to finish. You can do better. But you won’t. My grandma was in tears. We won’t be back which I know Wendy’s is just devastated over. No one to argue with or make crummy sandwiches for.

Ordered two fish sandwiches with no cheese and a large hot and crispy fries. Got home to find I’d been given two cheeseburgers. Drove back to store. They were apologetic and replaced total order. Left first order with them. Then found new, corrected order was a piece of fish with some tartar sauce, no lettuce or Pickles as was on same sandwiches when I ordered them yesterday.

The food here is always great. Fries are fresh, generally they get the order correct. However if you read the comments associated with this location. It’s the same problem. They have an older guy that works at this location that is “constantly” rude to customers. He always works the drive thru and always the worst attitude I’ve ever seen coming from any employee I’ve ever encountered at Wendy’s. (And that’s saying alot because their overall service has gone downhill tremendously.) Either they need to get rid of this guy who doesn’t understand the first thing about customer service or keep him away from customers. Leaves a bad taste for anyone patronizing this location. And I can’t believe I haven’t left a review about this guy previously. I’ve had “several” bad experiences about him.
