The crew members are all nice especially the guy that over-greets everyone when they walk in the door, some may be annoyed by it but I love it because it shows the joy he brings to the job and customers. Gray, the GM is exceptional as well. I had a problem on my last visit and I went in today and he made up for what happened last time. I love visiting this location.

I see why this Jersey Mike’s is always empty. I had my husband come all the way from Humble to pick up a sandwich for me and bring it to me for lunch. I ordered a classic italian,and when I bit into it, it ended up being a spicy one. I have severe hot flashes and one of the things I can not eat. Is spicy foods for that reason, I do not order spicy food. So thanks, jersey Mike’s for ruining my lunch. I am in the Chemical.plant working night shift and there is not much. I can do about it but try to eat it. I won’t be buying jersey Mike’s ever again. And you’ll owe me for half a sandwich. I might be going over there for my refund. $20.00 is a waste of money for one sandwich when they don’t get your order right.

Even since 2020, Ive been coming here. Slowly but surely stopped going to Subway. Prices are a little up there but its worth it for the better quality ingredients. Customer service is great, they hardly make any mistakes. Keep doing what y’all doing.

The #3&11 were great! We’re Jersey people and LOVE your product BUT you had enough ladies behind the counter for a larger area! Also, the ladies room was filthy and NO PAPER PRODUCTS!! I had to dry my hands on my jeans! When I told the young lady at the register she looked annoyed..Suggestion, THE PRODUCT SELLS ITSELF.. You NEED LEADERSHIP..

This Jersey Mike’s location went above and beyond on their preparation of our gluten free sandwiches! The bread is stored in individual packages away from the main prep area, they use a separate knife to cut the bread and it’s also stored away from the main prep area. They even made the sandwich in another part of the store minus the extra toppings. Definitely recommend this store if you are needing a great gluten free sandwich.

The food was delicious, but the customer service was bad. I called in my order, the staff acted like I was bothering them when I came to pick up. No one greeted me, but the issue was leaving me stand there when I needed to pick up and pay. Then when the lady came to the cash register, she has an attitude. I won’t be going back to that location.
