I was nervous to order from here because all of my past experiences have not been good, very sad sandwiches but we really wanted primos so I looked at recent reviews and saw that they were under new ownership so we gave them another try! They did not disappoint, I finally had an excellent primo hoagie again, lots of meat, great bread, and fresh!!! Great job to the new owners and the workers, you’re doing a great job! Its a good location for food. The Turkey Diablo primo was very good with nice soft bread and the meatball hoagie had nice and crunchy bread. The service was bit slow and staff didn’t know who ordered what when the orders were finally done.. But otherwise the food was good.

Placed an online order 3 hours in advance for four sandwiches. I received a phone call stating they were out of Turkey (appreciated the communication) and I selected an alternative. I tipped well for this take out order only to discover that directions were not followed. I selected for each hoagie to be cut in half and none of them were cut. They also put the wrong cheese on one of them. I will likely return but will hesitate to tip for future pick up orders.

I explained what I wanted on my sandwich several times to the woman on the phone to make sure they got it right. I get home and my sandwich was made completely wrong. This is not the first time this happened. I attempted to call. On hold 15 min. And then disconnected. Something is not right with this sandwich shop. The owner should be embarrassed! NEVER AGAIN!

Unfortunately this Primos consistently under-delivers. Do yourself a favor and go to ANY other sandwich shop. I’ve bought several sandwiches and primo trays from here, never again. Most of the time the order is wrong or they are out of a major ingredient and don’t tell you ahead of paying. This sandwich shop has been like this for over a year, it’s more than “training.” This store needs a complete franchise overhaul if it wants to stay in business. Oh, and if you are reading this Primos, don’t reply with “please fill out our online form.” No one is doing that, the Google reviews are here, if you really need it in your external system then just copy them over, that’s not how customer feedback should be. Sorry to be real with you but your customers are everything to your brand, I’ve tried to be open to it being just a “bad day,” it’s beyond that.
