Super accommodating! Both my partner and I enjoyed our meals and the service we received by the owner and our waiter. The owner came to our table to see how he could accommodate my vegetarian needs because I wanted the spaghetti with meatballs with Ricotta minus the meatballs. He inquired if I’d like portobello mushrooms to replace the meatballs. Absolutely delicious!!! All the freshness of ingredients was enjoyed throughout the entire meal.

Been walking past Chef’s Bistro for over three years. That will never happen again. The service and meals went hand in hand- they were both awesome. Whenever staying in North Conway, I will make it a point to always stop in to the Chef’s Bistro for a bite to eat.

The Commish
Food was amazing. Our waiter was awesome . The appetizers were amazing Duck wings the elote with the home chips and the meat plate with the cheeses The poutines money even if you were Canadian what a selection. Finished it off with a burger could not be happier when I go back it will be my first stop. Don’t forget the amazing beef jerk store directly next store .

My wife and I were in North Conway around lunch time last week and popped into the Chef’s Bistro (did a little research ahead on our Jackson/NConway trip and this restaurant was on my short list). Anyway, the service was quite good, answered our questions and got our drinks quickly. For lunch, I had the lamb gyro (excellent pita bread) and my wife got the tuna tacos which she said was quite tasty (and were 3 instead of the 2 she normally gets elsewhere). Good choice, next time we’re in the area would like to try them for lunch or perhaps dinner.

I really don’t know how to explain what I think of this place, every time we leave I think to myself “I can’t wait to come back to try something else on the menu” . Everything has so much flavor, and every item on the menu is so original, I’ve never seen anything like it! Be prepared to truly enjoy a meal to the point where it changes your entire weekend in North Conway, this place is down right amazing. Great job guys!

If you are in the mood to try something different this is the spot. However, not kid friendly because they don’t have a kids menu and the options that kids may like it’s limited. It took alittle long for our food to come but it was good. The oysters were fresh and went down pretty easy. The tuna taco w/ fried avocado was really good, but the tuna stakes are cooked rare, if you don’t like it red ask for well done. The steak frites was good as well. Our waitress was friendly and professional.

The food was fantastic. I ordered the orange maple salmon and it was perfectly cooked. The Brussels sprouts that it came with was tasty. The rest of my party ordered the Apple Salad and Portabella mushroom sandwich and they were both well prepared. We had an appointment after dinner and they had our orders prepared quickly. Service was efficient and courteous. I feel bad for the owner of this place since the person who was in charge of the tables had no idea how to give estimates. They turned away a few customers claiming 1-2 hr wait yet when several customers finished their dinners at the same time, they were left with an empty restaurant. Definitely lost a few business that night.

We were seated right away, and given water. Our server was very friendly, and answered questions as well as providing suggestions. The food was absolutely delicious! Everything was cooked just right. We got our dessert to go and we were provided with instructions for the best way to heat it up.

We have eaten here many times and have not received a bad meal yet. We stopped by for lunch, I had the hummus wrap and spouse had the strawberry spinach salad that he said was excellent. Definitely recommend!

Had a very late lunch with some drinks. Service was great. I had the Pork belly avocado BLT. It was fantastic. Pork belly was spot on. Avocado made the sandwich rich and with the pork was a great foil for the rest of the sandwich.
