When they get the food right it’s absolutely great! The problem is they could never get your order correct. I show up and they either made the pizzas wrong or the next time they forgot to put the wings I ordered in the oven. Are you kidding me! So while my food sits under a light I have to sit in this noisy establishment waiting for my wings to go through the oven. And I wanted them extra crispy, that’s not going to happen! I don’t understand why they can’t get the orders correct! It happens time and time again. We eat here often and it happens often. This is happen the last three times in a row!

So happy to finally have a local MM! Delicious pizza, very friendly staff, and clean dining area. Arcade area is decent. We rented the small party room for my 8 year old’s party, and everyone had a blast. They allowed us to decorate and pizzas were delicious and made in a timely manner. The staff was AWESOME. This is my family’s favorite local pizza place for sure!

Awful. I ordered when they first opened as well as a couple times afterwards. All times it was trash. Kids literally don’t care as long as they have pizza so you’ll see my child’s side has a few pieces missing and mine has one. I’m really unimpressed and surprised because anytime I’ve had mountain mikes, the worst case scenario will be too many toppings so it comes out a little doughy and I’ll just pull out my airfryer. This one in Chowchilla, there’s nothing that can be done. The dough/crust is terrible. Reminiscent of a weird cracker of sorts. They have close to no sauce on it as you can see. I’ve just never encountered mountain mikes that tastes this disgusting. I should’ve expected nothing less seeing how most restaurants in Chowchilla are terrible as well.

I have dined in and had delivery many times. Your restaurant is always clean and the employees have always been polite and friendly. My family has always enjoyed the pizza. Last night we ordered the Cliffhangar sandwich. When I went to put the mayo on the first half, I thought they had forgot to put meat on my sandwich. After lifting the small amount of lettuce and tomato, I found 1 ultra thin slice of ham and cheese. The other Cliffhangar we ordered was the Louisiana sausage. The sausage was cut into small rings ( the size of a very small hotdog) and there were very few pieces on the sandwich. We basically got flavored bread. Very disappointing!

Very poor service. Workers didn’t know how to work the tvs. Workers seen handling food without gloves and not properly practicing food safety. Food in arcade section that was at least a day old. All food that was received was not complemented with plates nor sauces. When we approached to ask for these items we were confronted body language and gestures that made us feel unwelcome. Very bad experience and store needs to focus on customers to exceed on making this establishment be successful. Hopefully this helps because profits are everything, but so are first impressions.

1hr ½ to delivery 4miles away. Unacceptable, customers service very poor I asked if they had any specials the lady laughing at me Said no they don’t. That’s really rude, two LG one topping on each pizza $57 are you kidding me . Lost a customer, never again will I order from there and we all know word by mouth travels.

Call in for delivery, I’m 4 miles away an hour and 45 on top but that two pizzas for $60 cashier laughed when I asked for if they had any specials, I blew my top when I heard her laughing because I asked if there was any specials, now I will never order from this particular Mountain Mike’s in Chowchilla because way too expensive and the rude cashier. Word by mouth travels.

Dining area is nice and big; our pizza and wings were delicious and came out in a decent amount of time. The staff is friendly and courteous. The dining area seemed a little disheveled, but they seemed under staffed for a Thursday evening.
