I don’t even know where to start the service is absolutely amazing. The staff is attentive to the needs of the customer as soon as you walk through the door. The food and drinks were absolutely to die for. But let’s get into this key lime pie God bless whoever made it. This is by far the best key lime pie I had in my life. The slice was enough to enjoy at the restaurant and still have some to enjoy at home.

Hubby made reservations about 2 weeks before Valentine’s Day. The day before, he got a call about putting down a credit card to hold the reservation since it’s a holiday… We’ve never heard of this, and we’ve been to many high-end restaurants, especially during the holidays. He said what they would do with the credit card #. She said they would charge $50/person if we didn’t show up… again, we’ve never heard of this… he said no, he will not leave a card# expecting her to cancel, but she said it’s ok, I will confirm your reservation…… So if you were going to confirm the reservation anyways then why bother asking for a credit card? And who would actually leave their credit card then??? I’m so confused about this whole situation …

Update after 3 years ago, front of house UNACCEPTABLE!!! 2 men, no greeting, no smile, acted like they didnt want to be bothered. Had reservations, ignored us, let others get seated who came after us. Gave no updates while we waited and then gave away the table that was promised to us. Almost turned around and left thinking possible discrimination. Stayed only because of female front of house who seated us and was apologetic and accommodating. Rest of night, though food came out slow was excellent only because of the waiter. He made the night right with sincere care and attention, so the bitter taste from front of house didnt last. If it wasnt for him and the lady who seated us, we would never be back, especially when food was inconsistent; some loved their dish, others not at all.

Update: Came back here after a while for a Saturday night dinner. Was lucky to find a reservation for 2 within half an hour from our dinner time. The restaurant was kind enough to accommodate one extra guest with us, our uninvited 3 y/o :p

Our server was great. Unfortunately that was it. Had reservations for 8 at 6pm. Didn’t get our food until 745pm. My wife ordered a rare mignon, it came well done. They then came back with a rare one that was cold in the middle!! We ordered dessert and that didn’t come until almost 9pm! Coffee was cold also. We were also doubled charged for single items and we were even charged for the cold coffee!! 1st time and last time coming here.

An overall underwhelming experience considering the high-end price. From the moment we stepped in, the service, food quality, and overall ambiance fell short of expectations. The use of store-bought fries was disappointing, and the extended one-hour wait for our food was quite inconvenient. The overall service left a lot to be desired, making the entire experience rather mediocre in every sense.
