This place is amazing. We’ve ordered from them many times and their pizza is fantastic everytime. On a Friday it is busier just a heads up! We ordered a stuffed pizza today and it did take awhile to get here but they were so nice on the phone and when they showed up. And the stuffed pizza is crazy good!!! Best pizza we have found in the york haven/Manchester area. And during the week they are super fast! Oh and the best part YOU CAN ORDER ONLINE. Best idea ever!

They had very good food and prices when they opened. However the quality of the food is not nearly as good. Also I understand things costing more now but a $4.99 delivery is a bit much in addition to the increase in price of the menu items. Ecspecially when the quality of the food I am getting is much different then when they first opened. For instance the loaded fries used to come with lots of cheese and bacon, bit the last couple times I’ve ordered them the fries were dehydrated, a small dollop of cheddar cheese,the top had a small amount of mozzarella in the center and there was a dozen or bacon crumbles on it.

Tried to order the 9.99 cheese steak lunch special. Was told my total was $8 and change. I explained this wasn’t right. Was told that’s what came up when punched in. I said OK if you want me to pay less, no problem. Then Was told she had to recheck it and came back with a total of $15 and change. I said no that’s not right either, 9.99 plus tax is 10.59. She got another employee who came back with $11 and change. Needless to say I canceled the order and asked to speak to manager. Was told I had to call back tomorrow. WHAT IS GOING ON THERE!!!

I ordered through the slice app and the app said my order was ready so I headed to the restaurant. I sat another 15 mins because it wasn’t ready and then the counter girl gave my order to a door dash delivery driver and didn’t realize till I came up and asked how much longe it would be. Now waiting another 20 mins for my food to be done. Nothing was offered to show appreciation for my patience in waiting or misunderstanding with orders.

Absolutely amazing food! We love the sauce in all the pizzas and recommend any of the pretzelized calzones- our favorite is the cheesesteak! Delivery was on time or early and they were willing to be flexible with our order. Trying the stuffed meatlovers pizza today

These guys have the worst service and customers are not their concern. They were very clear about it after we placed a large lunch order for the office. It never arrived and 4 calls later, we only got it’s not their problem as they only make the food not deliver it. Seems as though they want to change the entire concept around pizza delivery. Just send them money and go about your business.

I gave the new Parma spot a try. Glad I did it on a $7.99 Tuesday cause it’s nowhere close up being good. The bottom was so overcooked and had burnt taste. The sauce also had way too much Italian seasoning. Service was fine, but with such poorly executed pizza I will not be returning.
