Only because I have to give a star to write a review. It was delivered this way. And now I have to show up to the location. Even though the cheese pizza looks ok. The cheese is not good and has a weird taste. The other 2 pizza is not even what we ordered and they are cold and smashed. If they were hot and tasted good and the right order fine. But that’s not the case.

I ordered a pizza on 6/14 that should have had 2 toppings. They delivered a cheese pizza instead. I called the same night to complain and was told I have a credit. I called today 6/29 to redeem the credit and managers Kimberly and Melissa said there was no credit in the system. They were completely rude and basically offered nothing for their mistakes. Horrible service, horrible management and I am left with paying for a pizza that I didn’t receive. I want a refund!

Location it’s pretty good but the quality of the pizza was not the best. It was not done 100%. Maybe because I went at a time where they were about to closed. The place its very small and it is not a dine in restaurant, so if you’re looking a place to go and sit to have lunch/dinner, this is not the place. Price was reasonable.

Today, I had to contact their Pizza Hut Corporate Office who advised to put in a complaint on-line with them which we then did. We Ordered a Pizza for Carry Out at Approximately 6:48AM on 07/28/2023 (Gave Confirmation Number to them for reference) to pick up at 1:30PM. I called the store directly at 11:30AM, A man answered and he changed the time from 1:30PM to 12:15PM as we requested after he confirmed our order in their system. I arrived at the store at 12:16PM and a lady yelled from the back “I’ll be right with you”. We waited a long time. She finally came out from the back with a bad attidude already and said she did NOT have our order in the system. I asked for the manager and she said “I am the manager”. I then showed her my online receipt. Only then did she find my order in her system. She stated to “come back at 1:30PM”. I told her a man had changed the time for us; she said “I’m here alone” which was a lie as we could see a man in the back through the glass pizza holder case. She said she will cancel the order, but when we checked, she never credited our card. She was clearly overwhelmed and did not want to be there and clearly hates her job. Also, like to add that this store needs to be cleaned. Floors, counter tops dirity, glass door full of finger prints. Putting in Claim with Master Card. This store has gone way down. We will NEVER order there again. If we could give zero stars, we would.

Something has happened to this location, the pizza is not the same. It was like they just threw it all together. Even the replacement was light on toppings. The bone in chicken wings were soggy and way to much sauce. I would recommend going to another place that customer service is better and they appreciate their customers.

I don’t understand what is going on with this Pizza Hut lately. I call and I call and I get nowhere. Then they send me to the call center; who still can’t answer my questions, because it needs to be the store directly that gives me the information. When I got transferred over to the store, I was on hold for practically 20 minutes, unacceptable. I ordered Little Caesars because I just can’t even with this store and LC Pizza was better and faster.

Terrible customer service! I ordered pizza and wings and they said it would take 30mins but it was over 2 hours and no one had showed up to deliver my order. I called the store multiple times to find out what was going on and they constantly put me on hold for an hour and then would hang up on me. I went to the store in person that same day and they said the driver had the food and they couldn’t refund my money until the driver returned. I went home and the food was left outside completely cold and the wing boxes were smashed in. I can’t call because no one answers my phone call and they try not to give you your money back. They didn’t even offer to replace the food or give me a free pizza for it taking so long. Unacceptable and horrible experience. I have always ordered from here and have never been treated this terrible….will never go to this location again. Do not waste your time with this location and go somewhere else and in person instead of calling.
