Let me start off by saying that the staff were extremely helpful. Nice. Courteous in every way, but obviously at the end of the day it’s all about the food and my food tasted horrible. I tried one of their daily specials alongside of a cup of their famous queso and I got a whole bunch of toppings just like you normally would for any customer and everything just tasted weird. The cheese had a weird aftertaste that tasted sour and the meat on my burrito which was steak had no flavor whatsoever. It was just like I was eating a bunch of bland ingredients put on a blend. Grilled tortilla barely grilled to give that extra crisp or crunch. It was extremely soft. Nothing that I ate really made me say hey. This was worth it or that this tasted good because honestly I picked apart some of the meat ate the meat just by itself. Had no flavor. Tasted strange. Had the queso just buy itself with a chip. It tasted weird. It tasted strange. The only thing that didn’t taste weird or strange was the extra ingredients you know like your rice, pinto, beans, onions, those sort of things, the toppings, the toppings, tasted fresh. This is the second time at this location. I do not really go to Moes anymore because of outrageous cost and declining quality of the food. My biggest issue today was the pathetic size of my kids food, chewy Adobo chicken, and lackluster staff.

I have gone to this Moe’s for about 6 months. I’ve gotten my food under-portioned or wrong almost every time. Today I ordered a simple chicken bowl. I added corn, onions, jalapenos, and a few more to my bowl. I ordered guacamole on the side. I did not receive my guacamole, I did not receive multiple additions to my bowl, and I could only find one piece of chicken in my bowl. This is the 3rd time my bowl has been under-portioned or missing items. I have had to cook and add proteins to my meals to make them full meals multiple times to prevent them from being just piles of rice and veggies.

Let’s start with how no employee is wearing hair nets over open food. The rude customer service when adding to add just a little extra of something, and they says by the scoop, but the scoop was less then the spoon size then the just fill the tip of the spoon as if that will make it better. The manager then called another employee and proceeded to slide a pot on the floor to that employee. The employees leaving the prep area and then returning without washing their hands. And for this location to be as big as it is and be as packed at lunch with only a single stale bathroom which someone seem to be in it for my and another customers whole visit as we were trying to use it but to no luck is just shocking. I chose to go to Moe’s over Chipotle, but this visit to this location was not a good experience.

Usually loves Moe’s being from southwest. But this .local one is bad. Out of steak at 7:45 pm…they can’t make more? Then can’t wrap my pork burrito and drop contents all over counter and was either going to leave it out or stuff it back in without offering to make new. Eww.

The Homewrecker Burrito Bowl is my go-to order at Moe’s and I always have enough for at least two meals! I have to say that this location is always on point with service, speed, and quality, at least in my experience.

Let me start by saying, I am a regular customer at both burlington and mebane because we are working around both spots very often. When I walk in and the dude with glasses has an attitude right off the bat, there’s gonna be a big problem. Everything I would say, he had a complete attitude back. At one point I said can you pour a cup of that salsa that’s right in front of him premade on the bowl that I had just made while I’m still telling him what ingredients I wanted, and his response was “there’s literally that same salsa on the back wall premade” wow sounds like a great staff member. What a joke…. Wont ever come back to that Moe’s again. Burlingtons much better as well as their staff. P.S.. If you hate your job so much, then maybe time to look for another one bud!
