Waited over 30 minutes for food, and when I asked, the lady stated that we hadn’t been there for 30 mins (not appropriate response to the customer in my opinion)…so another lady stepped in and told me we were up next. About 10 minutes later our food was ready. The food was really good and we did enjoy it. It seems that the location is one where more people pick up call ahead/app orders and less eat in the store so you will wait awhile if you don’t order ahead of time. First time eating wingstop and while the food was good, not sure it was worth the drive and the wait. Again, the app is probably the best way to go and based on other reviews, you should probably double the time it tells you for your food when ordering online.

Came around 8PM on 5-29-23. Black male, white female with brown hair working. Heard the name “Margarita”. Eating area closed. Could hear the man had pulled his cash register and was counting it. They immediately said, “cash only, we aren’t taking credit cards.” When asking questions, they both were ignoring customers and talking to themselves. They put the drawer on the food line. Absolutely ATROCIOUS customer service. My friend ordered, and I opted not to eat here. Would not recommend!

Went in tonight to get Chicken Strips. Lady working the counter asked if I was there to pick up, or place an order. I told her I was there to place and order…she tells me it would be an hour…AN HOUR!!! FOR CHICKEN STRIPS!!! There was nobody in the restaurant. Ended up going to Sticky Bird. Order took only 15 minutes and I was out the door…sorry Wingstop, you have been replaced!!!

This location is trash. They never get orders right any time I order. Definitely check the bag when you pick up and don’t even bother doing delivery because you’re just SOL if they forget anything or mess it up which they will. Normally I do pick up but this time I got delivery and was missing several items, the drinks were wrong, and the wings were covered in way too much sauce. Suprisingly the fries were actually good this time but normally they’re undercooked, soggy, and cold. Also there’s no way to report feedback or an issue with an order on the app, so you just get scammed out of your money when your delivery isn’t right. Tired of wasting my time and money at this location, the one off Seneca is worth driving out of the way for.

Order was poorly prepared and packed poorly, which led to one sauce to spill over on to other wings( which supposed to be plain). When pointed out, employee was very rude, not helpful, yelled back to address concern. Fries were over cooked or cooked in old oil and tasted bad. One flavor of wings were drenched in sauce and soggy. Poor food quality and poor service. Employees were arguing while in the store instead of helping address concern.

Food was decent made my order online waited 2 hours and they didn’t confirm my order also called in and they put me on hold for 45 minutes. Showed up at the building and the staff wasn’t busy and wasn’t picking up my call. Staff then said their was only 2 people working and that they can’t take phone calls but forgot I had been in their place for about 10m watching them talk and walk around. I also told them the order name and they told me they didn’t have someone with a order under that name tell the door dash person got their and magically they found my order, the lady running the front desk is terrible if u are to eat here don’t order at night the service sucks.

The food was good, it is cooked to order so it was almost too hot to eat for probably 20 minutes. That’s on top of the 15-20 minutes it took to get the food. They don’t have a kids menu, which is nonsense for a place where the cheapest menu item is like $10. When I asked about a kids menu, the counter person suggested the $10 tenders meal. We were eating in the restaurant and it was about 60 degrees in there (on a 75 degree day outside) and the TV was tuned to some weird sci-fi movie that was at top volume. I had expected sports or something for a wings place. The atmosphere was so bad, I couldn’t eat my food fast enough to get out of there.
