Clean n friendly but holy crud, this is a $13.00 sandwich. I asked for no mayo but no other changes..ingredients were fresh but that is only an assumption as very little of them ended up on my over priced white bread

Literally gave the wrong sandwich for my pickup order. I ordered a customized #16 and they gave me someone else’s #16. Luckily it was my brother who ordered the other #16 but had it not been, two different customers would have gotten completely incorrect sandwiches. The sad part is this can simply be fixed by writing the person’s name on the outside wrapper to prevent confusion.

Will not order delivery again. Requested extra on tomato and Dijon mustard and paid for avocado. Received a sandwich with no cheese, avocado, or Dijon. I did receive 26 hot peppers that is their regular amount? The manager only offered to remake the sandwich and refused to refund the extra I paid for the non existent avocado. Delivery was prompt is the only thing positive about this experience.

Ordered two normal sandwiches with just a couple of easy add ons. They completely forgot the meat and cheese in the Vito. How do you forget meat and cheese in an Italian sandwich. The store did not have one other person in it and then employees were just standing around. Will never go back.

Horrible customer service. They all hate their jobs and they treat the customers very poorly. They refuse to answer the phone when they get a little bit busy. It took me two hours to get a sandwich delivery however, I tried calling just to cancel it and they never answered. I called 16 times, and the phone just keeps ringing totally unacceptable and I will never ever be back.

Placed a 70$ order, they had issues delivering so tried to call me and I was in a meeting. Left very short and irritable voicemails. Was able to call back finally and Richard the manager had nothing, but attitude to give me. No thank you for your order, just that it was my fault and I should have done this and I should have done that. I will never be ordering from this location again. Too bad. Great food, but horrible service.

I went online to the corporate website to lodge my complaint. The corporate offices responded immediately, showed empathy and assured me the owner of this location would be reaching out. That was several days ago. I sent another email and still no response. The lack of timely follow up when a customer has an issue is my bigger issue aside from my original complaint, which by the way, was the issue of the store closing early preventing me from placing an order to go. Very young staff seemed to want to “get out early” even though it was not yet close time, all the lights and signs were “on” and the door not locked. I drove out of my way to get there before close and it didn’t matter. That, combined with the lack of interest in addressing my complaint is why I will never buy from a JJ again, certainly not any locations owned by this owner. We have food choices people. Vote with your dollar and go where merchants appreciate your business.

Italian Night Club never fails. Heck i prefer it over their Garangatuan. Occasionally they hand out free bread at the end of shift which i don’t mind dropping at the food bank. I ordered a #6 instead of my regular #9 once because i was having a senior moment. I offered to pay the difference after checking my receipt. But they were cool enough to fix it & didn’t let me pay extra.
