Wingstop located at the intersection of Belt Line and Josey Lane. There are about 6 tables indoors and a couple outdoors. Service was friendly and welcoming, the restaurant was clean. The food was freshly prepared, the fries were still crispy. I would recommend to have a menu clearly displayed on the front counter, preferably large, as it’s a bit inconvenient to use the QR code if you are dining in. Looking forward to come back for the chicken sandwich

I’m not sure how they can mix up boneless wings and bone In wings but they did and took so long on my order even though there wasn’t anyone in the building that I didn’t have time to ask them to fix them. So I ended up waiting the wings. Paid $13 for cheese fries.

I ordered 30 wings with 3 different flavors, when I got home I saw that 7 of them were missing, I couldn’t go back to order the remaining wings because they closed at 10 pm. In addition, I requested my order at 9:30 pm and they delivered it to me at 9:50. In a previous order I paid for only Drums and in the order there were also flats. It’s not the first time I’ve had a bad experience.

First off id like to say I already wasn’t a fan of Wing Stop. And this was the icing on the cake for me. Tonight’s experience was poor and lackluster to say the least. The first item i ordered was a chicken sandwich. The chicken was so greasy the bun it was put on couldn’t even soak up all the grease. I couldn’t even finish nor enjoy the sandwich. COMPLETE WASTE OF MONEY! My second item was a 5 piece bone in wing. The wings were not done! so much so u can see how raw it was after the first bite. My fries were also undercooked and soggy as well no where near WELL DONE like i instructed them to cook them when placing my order through door dash. Literally the best item out this whole experience was the soda. Nothing else and for anyone reading this the other reviews on this establishment should tell you im not lying!!!

I didn’t think there could be a worse Wing Stop than the one on Ross Ave in Dallas. Behold this location…. Wings are tiny and undercooked. They overload their fryer baskets and more than likely never strain their oil. Seems like the temp is too high as well. Fries are dark brown but raw on the inside. Staff cannot put their phones down. Like I said, they have outdone themselves in pitifulness. They should be proud.

Well I will say This is the Most Efficient dirty store. Like they were like all intune with Food, orders from Online but when it comes to Fountain area. Dirty. Floors. Dirty. They had the Glass cleaner on the Past thru for Dine in. Granted it wasn’t open but still. The guy at the Register was like Robot. He finally move from the Register. It finally died off. I was 25mins. waiting like if I’d known about how long of a wait. Never again. But the Cooks are on Point.

Horrible experience. Placed order for dine in the guy with los bukis/joe dirt haircut took our order wasn’t busy at all however we was waiting for over 40 minutes for a 6 piece order I finally got up and told him I’m sorry how much longer for our order he says what’s the name I say the name and he says ohh it’s here, it was sitting in the to go area I tell him you saw us waiting this order was to dine in why didn’t you call my name he gave me attitude and was making a excuse saying oh we our busy witch doesn’t make since I wasn’t complaining about why our order took for ever I was complaining because our order was sitting there for over 40min and never called our name and when we got our food it was cold and soggy since been sitting there. Advice to wing stop don’t hire lazy people was not busy at all he was at the register on his phone.

The food is great, but aren’t you supposed to wash your hands before you eat (their restrooms are “closed” )? Even if dine-in isn’t available, what if I eat my Carry-out in my car? I’d think not having the restrooms available is even less sanitary, which demonstrates how much they care about their customers…. not.
