We had a wonderfully delicious meal, well presented and full of flavor. Hunter and Logan were so helpful and friendly and when we had an issue with the soda fountain, they assisted us with a drink from the fridge options. Definitely pleased with our visit.

Do not recommend. Last time I came here the individual who was preparing my burrito couldn’t help but make several “phallic” references toward the food. This set an overall uncomfortable environment and it is sad to see that they continue to act this way in the work place. Will not be coming back. Food is alright, lucky for me there are several qdobas I could go to.

My wife and I came in for a late lunch and Logan was working the food prep line. He was friendly, helpful and our food was hot and fresh. He even took time to ask how our day was going while ringing us up. Hire more people like Logan and let him train them. We will choose Qdoba over Chipotle because of employees like Logan and the fresh food served to us.

My food was wonderful and the atmosphere was good, as usual. The service however? It sucked. I ordered ahead online and paid ahead of time online so I could just go into the store and grab it. This store keeps all online orders behind the counter, ok, fine. But don’t ignore someone who is standing by the online orders. I get the dude was helping customers who were ordering @ the counter. But am I expected to get in line when I already paid for and ordered my food online and it’s already finished and sitting on a shelf to get cold/soggy???? If so, that’s terrible customer service. Maybe you should invest in a better system???

I visited this restaurant twice in one week and we had bad experiences both times. I was very polite about the first incident and said that I wanted to offer a polite critique. Today was a different story. I ordered the Surf & Turf bowl advertised for $12.45, nothing else and my bill was over $16. I asked why and the boy explained that what was advertised was for the way it is already dressed. When I was asked if I wanted to create my own bowl, I was not told that it cost considerably more. I told the young man, Logan, that I was not going to pay the difference until he could show me on the wall why I was paying more and he proceeded to try to show me on the register. I finally found Surf & Turf in another location and though it was the same name, it was not evident that you pay much more if you request toppings. Later, the manager, Zion, admitted that it was confusing and had talked to corporate about the matter. However, it was Logan’s approach of hushing me and explaining to me several times when I repeatedly told him that I didn’t want to be lectured, that I only wanted to know the bottom line – the price. When I was notified that I had to pay $16 + I said no and waited to talk to Zion. I told Zion that I wanted to talk to the district manager and he told me that he was not permitted to share that information and that it would do me no good to talk to corporate since the owner owned the franchise. I told him that I needed some avenue to register my complaint and I was once again denied. I asked then, if my only option was to take to social media and not return to the restaurant to which his reply was, “That’s fine.” This place needs some adult supervision and not just run by young people. There needs to be a way to register complaints. I will continue until I find some way.

No toilet paper in bathrooms and it was trashed, the floor of the dining area was so sticky from spilled food and beverage, the staff was nice but said the beef was not spicy for my child but it was SO SPICY and the chips were not only stale, but had some kind of funky taste..very disappointed in this Qdoba

My husband went to get us dinner…he got a quesadilla, a bowl with double meat, and chips and queso. He asked me when he got home how much do they normally charge you? They charge him $46. They charged him for the people behind him as well. To top it off they forgot the queso. Just gave us a bag of chips. The guy who served him acted stone and couldn’t get the lid on the bowl. No name tag and was very young.
