Bad services. Couldnt call their store from the app and half the time their drivers dont have tracking. Waited over an 1 and a half for my order. I wanted to cancel after 45 mins and just order pizza on uber because even they dont take that long and they always have promos. Plus they take so long to deliver it that by the time the food comes, its COLD! If i wanted cold pizza i couldve bought frozen pizza from family Dollar or Walmart for 1/4 their price. Couldnt even do that or reach the store after waiting 10 mins on the phone. Would give 0 stars if i could and ive been a long time, maybe 6 years loyal customer to them. Will no longer order from there, Bruton Blvd store just lost another customer. Might as well just go heat up my food in the microwave now after nearly two hours of placing my order. Crazy. Worst part they only 10 mins from my house! Placed an order at 8:30 ish and it still hasnt arrived even tho its 10:15 im writing this review. I dont recommend here.

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. if i could rate this place with no stars i would. i ordered a pizza and sides of ranch (that cost money) and never got the ranch delivered to me. but that’s not even the worst part, i took a bite out of the pizza and a piece of HAIR was in it. right away i called the store and the manager asked me to send her a picture of the hair, so i did. she responds with “i don’t know what that is but it’s not hair, no one here is working with long hair”. so you’re telling me that i don’t know what i just pulled out of my mouth?? i know what hair is and that’s exactly what it was. i threw away the whole pizza. the costumer service is TERRIBLE. the lady who answered the phone was giving me a nasty attitude about it. i did not spend $30 for a hair to be in my mouth and stuff from my order to be missing. this place needs to be shut down. considering all the awful reviews, no one there has learned a thing.

Usually good but had a bad experience the last order. Domino’s took my payment on the app but did not place my order, leaving my children and i to wait until the next day to eat due to my being laid off and that being my last bit of money for the fallowing two days. I called the store, got the employees cell number and screenshot the transaction of my bank statement to them as it showed as pending, as it does with ALL restaurants after you make a purchase and was told that all transactions are completed at the end of the night. Which confirms from THAT statement alone that the employee knew the transaction was made, my order not put in the system and were NOT going to make my order. My most sincere thanks to my neighbor who had two leftover pieces of chicken for my children to eat for the evening. There is a title for this event, and it is called THEFT… But I Was able to get my bank to cancel the transaction and money given back the next day. Still it was a very frustrating event. Not sure i will use the app again or Domino’s in general.

This store is rather good, food is always hot and on time. The only issue is they forget most small things like sauces, or the icing ectopic. But they also will give you credit or free pizza. But if they would just try harder to remember those small things. No matter what I always order from here

The service is poor. We waited for delivery for 2 hours, and after talking to the manager, he didn’t act like he cared. He had an attitude. When I asked for a refund, he said that they were re-making my order because the driver claimed we didn’t answer the door or the phone. Lies. Do not order from this location.

I don’t know what’s gotten into them lately. In the past, my orders were never a problem. Now, I ordered a 2 liter sprite with my order and it’s on the receipt, but they forget to pack it. I called back for them to bring it to me, and they never brought it after 2 hours of waiting because the driver gave it to someone else, which is stupidly odd. However, I did receive a credit, so next time I order, I will get a soda, but after that, I think I will buy my soda at the store than order. At least my pizza order was good.
