First time there and was impressed by the cleanliness of place, the customer service was nice also. The down fall was the food selection and food temperature. Many selections only had a scoop left and if u picked it got small serving. The big let down was the Luke warm old noodles and overly dried rice. Not a place I’ll want to go back to unless it’s a location thing.

Firecracker shrimp wasn’t available, but the honey walnut was fine tonight. The chowmein was stiff. Like it had sat there too long. And the veggie were too undercooked. Egg rolls are breakfast.

I don’t believe This place even deserves the one star They continue to rush you at the menu to hurry up and get your money but they don’t take the time to serve quality food The plates and bowls and sides are always really short on food so they don’t give out what you pay for therefore not having to cook as much or do their job they’re all just a bunch of lazy employees that can’t barely do their job On top of which they’re parking every single car so they can continue to serve small orders when ironically you’d think you’d want to serve the big orders and keep bringing those people back. I ordered $60 worth of food called ahead on the items that would take a long time to cook to ensure I wasn’t part and sure enough of did I sit in the parking lot for 15 to 20 more minutes waiting for my food 100% 0 star and I will not be coming back

This is why we stopped going to Panda, you pay over $25 for hardly any freaking food! We used to love Panda but now, we will go elsewhere. It’s definitely gone down hill and it’s disappointing.

So lately, Panda hasn’t been it’s best but this time is ridiculous. Our chow mein is like 90% raw cabbage and onion, and my Honey Walnut Shrimp definitely wasn’t fried long enough before being added to the sauce. It has the texture of oatmeal. I am trying to salvage the shrimp by airfrying it as I type. Super disappointed

It’s Panda Express so food is pretty mediocre but if you order correctly, it’s healthier than the other restaurants surrounding it. I gave it one star because this facility is always out of hot mustard and 9 out of 10 times, you have to wait for them to make more super greens.

So I came here Thursday for my lunch break. My order was mushroom chicken bejin beef and rice, the employees literally put rice under the protein just to not give more. Such a disappointment, I did not have time to go back and have them remake my food because I was in my 30 min break. This is ridiculous not only the price went up but they also purposely give you more rice than actual main dish. I would not recommend Panda Express it was a bad experience.
