I’ve been ordering from this store for 14 years. Loved my drivers and that managers knew my orders. I sent tips for them as well as cooks. Now after last night NEVER again. I ordered, it was 45min late-cold and wrong. When I called store she stated I could come back up and get the right order ( I ordered delivery for a reason) when I stated I’m unable and was there something I did wrong in the delivery- she just hung up. I had to call the mass order number and they had them send out another order. Cold gross and all that was offered. Never again.

I was there 7/22/2023 a little after seven and pulled through the hut lane. The woman at the window asked if I had paid, which I thought was odd(don’t you know if I paid). I had already paid over the app,She handed me a receipt to write my name and a place to write a tip on the receipt . I said I have never had to write my name before to get my pizza, she informed me it was her own personal way of getting a tip, to support a four year old, or some other sad story. If you were to deliver my pizza, I would tip you, but you did not. (I ORDERED THE PIZZA AND I DROVE TO THE WINDOW TO PICK IT UP!) you do not deserve a tip for just existing. I also must say I have never had any problems before that, the pizza was good and before that I had never had any problem. I am not going back though, I don’t need the hassle. I will also be watching my bank account and if there’s a problem, you will be the first one I tell the bank about. I just hope she wasn’t a manager.

I got the chicken Alfredo pasta.. I wish there was more sauce. I assume that the pasta comes in some type of package and they just heat it up..but still would’ve liked more Alfredo sauce.

My Mom offered to go pick up the pizza since the pizza hut near us was closed for maintenance. On her way to pick it up she was rear ended and ended up waiting 2 hours for the police that never showed. While she was waiting on them I called the location to ask them to keep the pizza warm and informed them of what happened. When my Mom finally got there Jamia hooked it up and gave us a fresh pizza and a Pepsi. This kind of customer service is unheard of these days, so they get a 5 star for sure. Thank you again!!

7:00 pm online pickup order was great! Drive thru lady was friendly & very helpful. The pizza was actually very good! I had lost faith in this location a while back (along with dominos pizza ) but I will keep returning as long as the quality stays the same! Good job y’all!!

This was disappointing, the melt didn’t even fill the box and had very little filling. I ordered the exact same thing from the location at 67th St in Raytown. It was full of meats and cheese, it also took up all the space in package. I was able to have left over the next day, this time not so much. I won’t be ordering a melt from this location again. The melt was runny with liquid and not crispy at all.

Figured we would order delivery. We are now an hour and a half over delivery time. Called Pizza Hut which is where we ordered from they gave the delivery to door dash told to call them lol. Went to little Caesars. Thanks Pizza Hut just lost out on tips and business.

The past two times we’ve ordered…our pizzas have been completely raw…and uncut. They no longer use liners apparently so they stick to the cardboard. The last time we ordered we were told that we would be contacted within 3 days for a resolution and no one ever contacted us. This time the pizza was worse!

Pizza always perfect just as ordered and I feel horrible I’m bad with names I am also in field where I see a lot of people a day but our order number was 0030 he has delivered to me and my family for years now always polite if you see him out like at qt always remembers you just a good guy and hopefully he delivers here again all the people at the 40 hwy location are awesome.
