I placed an online order and came to pick it up on 9/1/23 around 5:15. Somehow the website sent my order to the KFC up the road that is temporarily closed. The nice girl at the register assisted me and then got the manager when we couldn’t find my order. The manager helped me figure out what happened and then helped get me refunded from the website ordering and then got me reordered and on my way. They were both so helpful and pleasant when I was so confused. My new order came out right away and was hot and fresh. This KFC really has customer service on point, I don’t remember their names, but the staff that helped me were amazing! ❤️

**DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS KFC** I wish I had read the reviews before ordering from this KFC. Had a mobile order, was told it would be ready by 5:30 pm. Got there at about 5:40 and was told it was going to be a “12 minute wait” for the extra crispy fried chicken bucket we had ordered. Okay, no biggie. Waited 20 min and then went back in and waited another 8 min for my order. Checked the order before leaving, no mashed potatoes and gravy. Go back in was quickly handed a bag with mashed potatoes and gravy. Get home and the chicken we had waited forever for was cold and dried out…. Guess it wasn’t freshly made. Then open the “gravy” they gave us and it literally had the consistency of water . It looked like dirty dish water. This is wild! Awful food and questionable service. Please, please, please do not give this place your hard earned money. It was disgusting.

I spent almost 75.00 on a 16 piece bucket and ckn tenders meal, got home and half of my order was missing. The large mac and cheese had maybe 1 scoop in it and the chicken was old and very dry. Worst meal I’ve ever had. I will not be going back to the downtown Puyallup KFC.

Feels like they actively try to get orders wrong and dry out food before it gets to the customers. I stop in every once in a while as they are the closest to my work. I have had more wrong orders than right ones so from now on I will actively stop and check my order before pulling away. Also somehow this last time I stopped in they put only maybe 3 ice cubes in my drink before handing it to me. Ridiculous. For the most part edible but otherwise everything else is just terrible.

Got a to go order, lobby was closed so we parked in the mobile order and called. No one answered. Then we went through the drive-through, and no one answered that for about 10 minutes. Then, when we finally got to the window, we asked for sporks, and they said we had them in the bag. We’ll guess what. None. I’m very upset with the service the wait time and how no one was answering their phones for a to go mobile order.
