I believe I’ve now discovered the most underrated restaurant in all of Florida. Upon entering on a Wednesday evening, it was quiet for 7pm, but the heavenly aroma in the air made an instant impression. The staff was excited to see us and delivered on an incredible experience. The menu was diverse, thoughtful, and intriguing. We tried 3 tapas orders: patatas bravas, fried fish bites, and ceviche – all 3 were magnificent and beautifully plated. We had the Mediterranean salad and Land Paella for dinner (my GF is allergic to clams and other mollusks). Every bite blew us away and we tasted the authenticity and love poured into each creation. This restaurant deserves all 5 stars and is a must visit for anyone in the Ft. Lauderdale/Weston area or anyone making the trek across Alligator Alley from/to the west coast.

A piece is Spain in Weston. Being Spanish I had very high expectations of this place and all of them have been widely exceeded. The attention by all the staff is excellent, they all are so polite and professional. The food is amazing you should not miss the grilled octopus and the chistorra. And finally the atmosphere was really nice. We felt at home! Adolfo is fantastic and made us have a great time there. We will come back for sure to enjoy the music and the flamenco show. Ole!!!!!

This is a fantastic place. How anyone could give it less than 5 stars is beyond me. This is some of the best paella I have ever had. If you want authentic Spanish food – come here and order the octopus appetizer and the paella. You will be glad you did. Carolina took amazing care of us. ❤️ Oh! And have some sangria too for Complementary bread, a pitcher of sangria, 2 amazing appetizers, and some of the best paella I have ever had, $125 was way more than fair.

Entretapas is one of my favorite Spanish restaurants in the Weston area. Highly recommend the bacalao (codfish) croquetas & the paella negra (squid ink rice). Delicious and not too expensive for the quality of food!

I located this restaurant several years ago online based on customer reviews. It has now become a regular stop every time I visit South Florida. The Paellas is excellent, as are the Tapas! The service is always very friendly and attentive. It is such a great find and Spanish culture gem in a very unassuming little strip mall!

I chose this restaurant based on the fact that the menu had alot of the typical Spanish tapas and the fact that there is a show. I made my reservation close to the showtime so we can have a real spanish experience. Upon arrival, we were informed that if we stay for the show, a $10 fee per person would be added to our bill. That was fine by me. We were the 1st ones to arrive and we got a great table. My family and I ordered the pulpo a la gallega and we were not impressed. Not much flavor to this dish. We also ordered the pescaito frito and the fish was not seasoned at all! We ordered the ham croquettes and they were so delicious, we ordered more of them. We also ordered the patatas bravas and the potatoes were not seasoned and they had way too much paprika! I literally had a mouthful of paprika which caused me to cough. Anything with garbanzos is very typical of Spain so we ordered the garbanzos con chistorra. Again, we were not impressed. The dish was seasoned but just didn’t taste great. We ordered the $30 plate of jamon iberico and it’s seriously overpriced for the amount they serve. At this point, my husband and my niece were so unimpressed that they chose not to order an entree. I wanted to try the caldo gallego a very typical soup in Spain and was told they ran out. Mind you, we were the 1st to arrive at the restaurant. So I ordered the chuleta de cordero and they were good. My sister was a little full by this time and so she chose to have the lentil soup and again, this dish lacked any flavor. At this point we were so disappointed, we chose to not stay for the show. All in all, the service was good but the food was not so I don’t plan on returning.

This is a hidden gem!!! I drove over from Naples to meet up with a friend to drop off my other friend on the East Coast and she chose this as our half way meeting point and boy what a very pleasant surprise ! We were only going to have a drink, and then leave to drive back to Naples and West Palm Beach but we wound up ordering several of the very delicious tapas and TWO bottles of delicious wine which I forgot to photograph. We loved !!! the Eggplant Chips !! We also had the Al Jerez Gambas and Patata Bravas which were also excellent !
