Horrible food ordered to go. Burritos had a tablespoon of filling, only some of the fillings, tacos were only half filled and were soggy and gross and seemed like they were made 30 mins before we ordered. Quesadilla had a few crumbs of chicken and was only about 3/4 filled. Took all of our food back and asked for a refund, manager wasn’t in and wouldn’t be there for 2 more days so we couldn’t get any help until he came back. From what I know about bad fast food places they probably make most of the to go orders horrible knowing that most people will not come back or complain. We came in around 8pm just after dinner rush, some of the food(tacos, crunchwraps) were probably made earlier and needed to be gotten rid of. When we showed the food to the employees they said that’s how all Taco Bell food is and the portions were all normal. He said maybe we messed with the food before coming back and that’s why it was bad. Don’t go here. Contacting corporate tomorrow with pictures of our food and the whole story. This location needs to be totally worked over and fixed from the top down.

Horrible experience 3 times at that I’m highly allergic to sour cream and they always put sour cream on my food when I pacifically said no sour cream!!!! The General Manager Mike is rude had the nerve to question me about my allergen just bc I had cheese and can’t have sour cream he really over stepped his boundaries!!! And so was the night shift manager Ryan was rude as well when he hung up on me when I was talking and said he didn’t have time bc he was busy didn’t tell me his name or got my name until I had to call back to Taco Bell

It’s taco Bell by now you should know what your getting into if your in luck they’ve just been caught with substandard “meat” and for about a month afterwards their food is fantastic better than most. Then it goes back to normal and a must for late night stoners and drunks. Great vegetarian options too it’s why I go to get my roommates particular vegetarian requirements without breaking bank

I bought one of the cravings boxes that was over $10 with taxes. I felt ripped off, honestly. There’s not very much meat, but it’s loaded with lettuce and has only a sprinkle of cold shredded cheese. Also saw a couple of rats out by the drive thru menu. Not that I blame the restaurant but that just isn’t a good look. The girl who took my payment and gave me my food was very polite and nice though. Super pretty as well…but that’s beside the point. I think more than a small spoonful of mean to my tacos would’ve made my experience better. The whole menu has gotten a little too pricey for what the food is.

Alright, so to start off with the basics. This used to be my favorite place to eat. The employees were always on top of things and so was management. Recently, in the past year or so, I’ve noticed things going very downhill. Maybe it’s the covid after effect, or maybe just new management, I’m not sure which, but things have most definitely went down drastically. Tonight, around 7pm, me and my mother went to go get Taco Bell after biking for a few hours. We wanted something easy to eat and nutritious. So we obviously went for the power bowls. I got mine with steak, my mom got hers with chicken. Everything was fine except when I received our order, the power bowls have went down in size drastically, barely any condiments, and less meat. On top of that, we had a lot of uncooked rice in our order. We complained to an employee, they apologized, and explained the situation. So basically someone had scrapped the bottom of whatever they cook their rice in and it was burnt and uncooked. All I’m saying is that whoever runs this franchise, definitely needs to put some work into who they hire and who works in what area of the store. Because uncooked rice is definitely a red flag on who’s cooking it. I will be back though in hopes of getting a better order. I’ll update later.

Well the thing that makes me mad is the Kiosk, no one is at the counter so we have to order from the Kiosk, but if you pay cash you stand at the counter for a long time peoples see ya there but don’t pay attention. I mad because our order doesn’t go through until we pay. I dont understand you can stand at the counter for a long time and no one comes. So we waited and sat down and waited for someone to.come, so why cant the order go through and then when our meal comes we can pay instead of us looking stupid just standing there for awhile

This place was horrible. I have been the manager in fast food and never seen anything like this. It was the worst experience I have ever had. I ordered almost seventy dollars worth of food. I asked for a family pack along with two boxes.They went to tell me they were out of beef, and they had enough for all except the last box, so I said ok that’s fine can we do chicken or something and they said it would be extra. I’m not sure why that would be extra when it was there fault they should have had what was on the menu. But I’m chill so I said ok can we do the fry’s instead. They said yes, so I get my food go to the gas station I’m checking the food there is like a bite of beef on the tacos. Everything is wrapped horrible with half the food hanging out. I go back to the store and I ask to have my food made again or my money back and the lady tells me no so I asked for a manager she said I am the manager so I asked to speak with this store manager she said she called him and he didn’t answer and then she said he did answer and that she could not make my food or give me a refund, so then she says you can bring your Feedback tomorrow and talk to him if you would like me and said the food had already fell out of the bottom of the bag when I picked it up I’m asking her if there’s anything she can do that I’m buying that for my children and my parents and I really don’t want them to eat that and I only spent $68 so she said no ask again well hell can I just buy something else and she said no I never raise my voice. I never cussed at her so I said I will sit here until you do and she said if you don’t need it, I wanna call the police, so I said OK call them and you have corporate number and she said no I don’t so a few minutes later the police show up explain to them what happened they go inside and talk to her come back out police officer said that he spoke with a General manager over the phone and that he didn’t want me back at the store so if I go back, I can get charged with trespassing for doing nothing but the right thing to do when you’re not gay what you paid for I never asked for anything for free. I was never really rude which is odd, but that is the worst restaurant. I will never go there again. They were horrible and she was a manager. Wow , so as you go to Stone Drive, I called them immediately after very nice people.This was the most embarrassing sad and shocking experience I have ever had. Something needs to be done with this place and the people.
