This has to be the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever unfortunately given my money to. Service here is always horribly slow and often screws up orders. I went several months avoiding the place and unfortunately tried to give it another go today. Over 20 minutes fill a fast food order is pathetic. Never again. Avoid this location at all costs. There are two other McDonald’s locations within a few miles of here. Take the extra time to go to one of those if you need McDonald’s.

We have eaten at this McDonald’s several times when we visit our grandchildren. The service is always great. It is so nice to have someone wait on us instead of having to use the kiosk. Our grandkids always have specials orders which makes ordering a feat! The employees are helpful and kind. Nice area to sit snd eat. We will definitely eat there again when we are back in town to see our grandchildren!

One of the worst experience anyone could have is when you unwrapped your sandwich and found that is was half eaten already, yes that’s correct I open up my sandwich and someone had already taken a bite out of it.. Did not know McDonald sells USED FOOD!!!!! Make me question how sanitary the food is that comes out of this place. How does this happen?

They messed up my order 3 times simple instructions no cheese(i am allergic) after the third time they said they the guys in the back were mad and wouldn’t do it, it’s like talking to someone with brain damage honestly like i don’t get how you mess up a order so many times, never eat hear there are plenty of better options nearby.

This is no joke one of the worst run McDonalds in the country. They always screw the orders up and they make you park for the drive thru even when there is no one behind you in line because they want to score with the drive thru sensor.

If you enjoy parking and waiting each time you go to the “drive-thru”, this is the location for you. I had to park 3x this week for 10+ minutes each time – for a single latte in the morning. Their machine is rebooting… or cleaning … or they are out of milk… or their employees don’t know how to use the machine. I’ll just drive the extra few minutes to another location.

4/3/2022 Update – The GM called me to apologize and order a free dinner. Short staffing and new trainees was given as a reason. I appreciate the effort and have changed my review to 3 stars because of it. However, those excuses do not really explain the problems of incompetent workers and broken processes over the last 5 years. The person giving me my space # must have a way to share that with the person bringing out the food. That missing piece causes all kinds of confusion. Chikfila sees 10x the people through their drive through and always seem to get the orders correct, and out to the right cars. Hopefully my feedback can help improve their customer experience.
