I ordered last night for delivery and the driver went past our house, drove over the curb into the driveway of our neighbor, and then drove over our and the neighbors grass to get to our driveway. This is a picture of our lawn the morning after.

Rude customer service, high prices, food has gone way down hill. Last three orders have had burned food, missing food, fatty inedible meat or the wrong food. ( allergy warning too as they put peanuts in food w/o description despite notification)

To be honest as a kid I refused to eat here…. But now I think the are a solid restaurant for there style. Very good food, exactly what you would expect in this genre. Nothing mind blowing but great portions at a good price. The beef chunks and chicken chunks are great sides! The dilerveries are fast and hot! The delivery drivers are always very nice.

I have never left a review in my life but my experience at the eight dragons across the street from the post office in Athol MA was so bad I had to! Basically I was standing there after ordering. You can see them cooking the food from inside i seen this man dropped food on the ground picked it up put it into the skillet and cooked it anyway!! I immediately said something to them they got extremely defensive i asked for a refund they didn’t want to give it to me but they eventually did. Not one person that works there has any kind of passion for whatever it is they do and it shows good luck with your meal

Wanted to try a new place, First time going and will NOT be back, the teriyaki was burnt, the Tso chicken was as hard as a rock, you couldn’t even stick a fork in it. I told this to the manager and she gave me an attitude and said “that’s how it’s made” I said “go ahead and stick a fork in it then, you can’t” and we got beef in the lo Mein that was undercooked it was purple and told this to the manager as well she said “that’s how we cook it” so she literally admitted to serving undercooked beef, she gave me my money back for just the 3 things I had an issue with but I will not be returning

Food was excellent! They did mess up on the order but…. hey there only humans. 😉 I enjoy going there its always good food even with the mess up. I’ll still be going again. The owner is a very nice person & all the staff are very nice. Never had a issue with them just few things missing. 🙂 Merry Christmas!

Called up for order of Chinese food to have it delivered and all I got was a attitude not very friendly customer service and we have not called in over a year because of the customer service and the nasty food they serve, was hoping that the food was better and the customer service was better but not at all. Food was very nasty very salty and had to throw it away because I did not want to get sick. I don’t know how they stay open with their customer service and their poor food that they cook. I do not recommend this restaurant or anybody that likes good Chinese food I give them a one very poor.

The food is good, however the customer service is less than desirable. When the restaurant is at fault for messing up orders (like mine this evening) they are not willing to make it up. I had two hungry kids sitting at my table and they wanted me to pack them back up and head back to the restaurant to get the correct item when they offer delivery. After speaking with three people they finally agreed to at least refund me for the missing item.

We go here alot for take out. Two times ago the food wasn’t great. Went again a day ago, 1 combo plate, 2 sm orders rice…30 bucks and the house rice was just more regular rice. Will be a long time before we return, if ever.
