I am posting under my husbands name because I don’t have an account. Went into the KFC store to place my order – a 16 piece bucket and an A la carte pot pie. When I received my order I checked to see if the pot pie was in the bag. I didn’t see it and told the server. He said “it is in there” he looked, only to find it wasn’t. Got the pie and saw that the French fries were also missing. Again, I let the server know and he said again, “the fries are in there.” No they weren’t, so had to wait for French fries. Everyone acted irritated that I was checking my order. When I got home, the biggest disappointment was the soggy, meatless, tasteless chicken. Not to mention the coleslaw that was watery with too much vinegar. I should have brought the entire order back but didn’t want to deal with the hassle and attitudes. Very disappointed in the quality of the meal and the inattention of the staff who should have made sure the food was fresh, chicken crispy , not soggy and old and the entire order was in the bag. Will not be purchasing from this KFC again.

Service was very good at the drive thru. Friendly, correct and double- tasking. The food was well heated, tasty and fresh. Only disappointment was the nuggets were smaller than the TV commercial portrays. Big area for parking and restrooms inside the building .

Service industry is dead. Came in and payed too much for cold chicken. Gotta love the new generation… poor attitudes, poor work ethic, low quality food and an ever increasing price to be disappointed. At least warm the food up

Ordered food. Was told part of my order wasn’t available and wouldn’t be for 20 minutes. Fine, I’ll wait. Thirty minutes later I am still waiting and hear a sloppy sound as the two chicken pies I was waiting for fell to the floor. To be fair, when the manager got to me a couple of minutes later she was more than fair. She refunded me, gave me the rest of the meal for free and replaced one of the two lost meals with another meal. But the whole thing took way longer than necessary. The meals we took home were fine.

Food and service is always great. But today they had to refund me at the drive thru because they didn’t have an item I ordered. Woman at the register was very polite and good at her job. But when she told manager Mohammed about the situation he was very rude to her & I could tell it upset the woman at the register. As a grown man he needs to learn how to treat people or control his emotions. I wasn’t even remotely upset & the only thing that drew out the process or made it unpleasant was Mohammed’s attitude. Treat your employees better Mohammed, she didn’t deserve to be treated that way.
