We order from here all the time and this is the first time we have had an issue. My food was cold upon delivery so I had to microwave it and on top of that, look how paper thin this is. It’s really ridiculous how thin it is. I’m very disappointed with it. The meat is thicker than the entire pizza. It’s almost as thin as my fork for crying out loud. I’ve ordered this before and it most definitely was not this paper thin. You’re better than this Marcos, come on.

We have not had Marco’s in a few years. I think it was just before the pandemic, and when they offered a Mushroom Magnifico, which my loved. She has kept an eye out for it with no luck. It was getting late, and we had no plans for dinner yet. Figured pizza was the way to go. Placed an order online with no issues and was given a time frame of 20 minutes. We picked up our order, and the food was hot and fresh. Pizza was loaded with toppings. If I had any issue, it was the tiny cup of marinara sauce for the garlic bread. Now that we tried them again and everything was good, we’ll be ordering from them more often.

Ordered a few pizzas and they were left on the front porch without a knock or a doorbell ring. After 15 minutes after expected delivery time we called only to have them tell us our order was delivered. Our order that was left on the front porch was not cut, undercooked, and missing ingredients. We called to ask them about the issues with our order and were hung up on. The employee in charge told us they could not remake the pizzas even though they were not close to closing, and they would not refund the order.

When Jaden (sp?) makes the pizza it is 10 out of 10! The order is correct, the pizza is absolutely amazing. The crust is not burned, it’s piping hot and just fabulous! We love Marco’s.

I understand that the tracking isn’t exactly accurate but when it tells me a time, I usually show up a little early. I checked as I arrived and it said it’s still in prep but should be ready in about 3 minutes. I wait the 3 minutes and go in, it’s not busy, the phone isn’t ringing, and a single pizza is at the beginning of the track in the oven being cooked… I waited an extra 10 minutes because these guys didn’t care to start my order until I pulled up in the lot. This tells me they could care less as to getting a customer his order in a timely manner. They barely greeted me at the door, what I was there to place a new order? They just ignored me until the pizza was finished, which it sat at the end of the oven for additional few minutes before anyone checked that… Twice now I’ve gotten less than acceptable service. What happened to this place? They used to be good…

The food here is actually pretty good, when it’s correct. I don’t recommend customizing or building your own pizza at this location. I have tried three times in the last several months and every time they have made the pizza wrong in different ways. That being said, the staff is very friendly and courteous when it comes to remaking your pizza correctly the second time around.

The worse! I placed a carry out order at 6:15 pm that was supposed to be ready by 6:40pm. My husband arrived even later just to give them more time and they hadn’t even started on the order. They told him to wait an additional 10-15 mins which he did. While he waited patiently people were walking in and out with their pizzas. My husband then asked them what’s taking them so long since it had been 20 mins. They said “ oh we can’t find your order. What was your order again so we can start it?” Like why couldn’t they even ask him since he was just sitting there waiting anyway.

Ordered just 1 thin crust pizza and now an hr and a half later still no pizza. Called store and Lori had NO idea where the pizza is or if it was even made. Will not be going back. Isn’t the first time either. Just poor leadership in that store. Was my go to pizza place, but not anymore. Dont even try to contact me corporate/owner, ive heard all your lies before.
