The food is always fresh and delicious. On this particular visit, the young man who started us off was absolutely fantastic. He was knowledgeable and had great communication with the staff behind him on all the things we needed for the fresh food. I always get a salad, with the lettuce and cheese separate from all the hot ingredients, and it’s never a disappointment. The only issue I had was when looking over the receipt, they charged me for steak and the other meal. I called but there was no answer. I get it that they were busy. However, when asked what was ordered, and I said a salad, no protein, I didn’t expect to still be charged for one of the most expensive proteins.

The food is always great but service can be sketchy. Sometimes it is quick, and other times it is very slow, even if you order online. I’ve had to wait over 20 minutes after my online preparation time. The only reason I wait is because it is one of the few fast food places where the food looks fresh and doesn’t seem to have additives or preservatives.

I recently downloaded the app and have placed 2 orders through the app. Personally, I prefer walking in and ordering my food. That way, while I’m walking the line, I can tailor my food how I like it. Ordering in the app, your dish is not always going to be up to par when you pick it up vs going in.

Professionalism doesn’t exist here. Loud explicit music was being played with a full house of people. There was hardly any interaction between employees and customers expect to RUDELY ask what we wanted. Since the line was long we had a while to wait for our food to get down the line which allowed us to notice the absolute ATROCITY of what these employees call “cleanliness”. Food contamination. Dirty(NASTY) work surfaces. Sticky floors. Not to mention when more food was brought to the line the employee proceeded to pull the empty metal tin out which dripped disgusting water from the heating water(which had lots of bits and pieces of food floating around in it) and it dripped ALL OVER one of my tacos. You might be asking, why didn’t you say something. Well if you visit this location often you’d know that when you speak up the employees get even more rude and SLOW.

This location consistently has efficiency issues. Whenever there is a long line, it’s not uncommon to wait 20-30 minutes to get through the line. Also, the employees generally don’t have much urgency in doing anything and are just easy-going, even when the line is to the front. Considering the amount of employees working, they could do better. It’s unfortunate since most of the time, the food is pretty good.

My favorite item a Chipotle is the burrito bowl. I recently placed an order on the website for the first time. My order was ready upon arrival. 1 item was a burrito bowl with rice, light fajitas, chicken, xt corn salsa, and lettuce and the 2nd item was also a burrito bowl with rice, chicken, tomato salsa, corn salsa, sour cream, cheese, and lettuce. When arriving home, we noticed the first bowl was missing the fajita veggies and the rice was very dry. The second burrito bowl was missing the corn salsa and the rice was also very dry.

Lack of urgency and hospitality amongst the staff on 8/13/23 as well as a failure to maintain cleanliness. There were roaches scurrying between their POS and the side hot/ cols table. Napkin dispensers were empty, and the dining area was in shambles. Definitely avoiding dining/ ordering delivery for the foreseeable future.

My visit to Chipotle on Margie Dr was the worst visit ever. Employees was on FaceTime while at work. No hairnets or hats on the employees that was preparing food. I understand being shorthanded but you should make up in other areas. The store was dirty no prepared beverage station. It was so unclean. I don’t understand. And you could only order online.

Order was “ready for pickup” @ 11:40 and I get there at 11:55a annnd they haven’t even started the order. When I ask (nicely) if it’s ready, I’m treated like I did something wrong. Don’t give this place your business. They constantly get the order wrong and offer you nothing to make it right. They REALLY need a management and training revamp. But if your into your ordering being wrong, being talked to like dirt and waiting forever on an order that’s supposed to be ready.. then have at it
