Update: Management went over and beyond to correct the issue ! Will be giving them another try based off that alone ! I visited on 8/16. My husband and I came around 9:30pm or slightly after. I ordered two meals but only got one order of fries, the bacon cheeseburger didn’t have any bacon, and the chicken patty looks like a tender and covers half the sandwich. The chicken was dry and old . I have eaten here before and know this is not the quality of their food. I understand that we came within 30 mins of closing but that is not an excuse to serve me terrible food that I paid full price for during operating hours.

I’ve had the hip burger food truck a few times and it’s always amazing. I’ve also eaten at the Mauldin location before and it’s always just been okay. The burgers seem soggy and not fresh like the food truck. However, chicken sandwich and nuggets are really good. We stopped to get my daughter some nuggets and fries with a side of honey mustard. We also got a milkshake. The fries have improved since I last eaten here. The nuggets were really good and better than chic-fil-a.

Suck great food! Everything is always fresh. Sometimes if your in the drive-thru it can take a bit longer then the usual fast food joint but that’s a plus cause I know my food is being made fresh.

Went here for the first time Aug 25 for dinner, and will not be coming back! Lady was extremely rude at drive thru. With quite the language. The burger was soggy, and the chicken tasted dry and old. Least the fries were okay. Was excited from previous reviews and the atmosphere it gave off. After being in the food industry over 12 years myself. This is unacceptable for food quality and how customers are being treated. Doesn’t even deserve a star.

Solid dining experience. Hamburger meat was well cooked, flavorful, and moist. The bacon was crispy and the thickness of the fresh tomato was just right. The bun was soft, and a bit mushy. Reminded me of a potato bun. Not my favorite, but it wasn’t bad.

Really Good Burger and Fries! It’s fast food but doesn’t taste like it! Taste gourmet! Recommend the Bacon Single. I’d rate this 5 stars if the Coca Cola didn’t taste flat. Update: Visited again today 8/20/22 and coke mix is still bad

Awesome place! What a great burger spot. The staff were all nice and the food absolutely delicious. Ordered the double cheeseburger and fries. So hot and fresh. Very impressed. They make crinkle fries which is a big plus. The burger was very juicy and flavorful. Next time I’ll try a milkshake. Oh and they have pellet ice!

as a dasher i have had the worst experience. i go in with a smile, manners, professionalism yet walk out feeling less than. employees don’t take dashers seriously. they are very direct, rude, and dismissive. they are disorganized. no pick up order process in place. i have even heard a manager speak to a customer as i picked up an order and walked out saying they (hipburger) were planning to eliminate the doordash orders in a way so i could hear. i don’t know if they have had a bad experience with dashers but i am always going in bringing my best customer service and professionalism, would appreciate the same in return.
