We went a little after 9pm. And took part in the deals, our waitress Abigal was extremely friendly and helpful with everything we needed and always had a smile on her face! Amazing service! Food came out hot and fresh and exactly how we ordered it. Honestly the best experience I had there by far.

Let’s start from the beginning. When someone says no bun on the burger means no bun. When someone says only mustard ketchup onions and pickle means that. The burger was dry and over cooked. Your fries were not even close to being cooked. Your mozzarella sticks were still frozen. The only thing that was cooked were the wings. You mostlike have to pre cook those. For 41.00 that is not worth the money. I know I should of want to Hooters. I always have issues with this restaurant and the managers don’t care. They really don’t. I stop coming to this place 4 years ago. I want to see if it change. It hasn’t. Thanks for the frozen food.

I never complain because as the the owner of several businesses myself I understand how things can go wrong, but, this was the worst experience ever. To start with, the restaurant wasn’t busy when we arrived. It still took several minutes to be acknowledged while waiting to be seated. We almost gave up and left then, but never said a word. When someone finally noticed we were there, she began arguing with another person as to which table was available, and most were empty. Ok. We were seated and assumed things would get better. The server would make it right? Wishful thinking. Still never said a word. Took several more minutes for a server to notice we were there. Long story short, we were there 25 minutes before we even received our drinks and were asked if we were ready to order. Another 45 minutes later our food arrives. 45 minutes later and room temperature, missing ingredients, and just cold and terrible. Still not a word from us. After a couple bites I just wanted to leave. Couldn’t take another minute. I’m not one to complain or leave bad reviews. I just chose to not return to a restaurant that I don’t like but this was beyond understanding. The wait staff was probably the most unenthused group of employees I have ever seen. We had to say something and ask for the manager. She was professional enough to comp our meals (which we couldn’t eat and she herself was disgusted over) but showed no enthusiasm to try to correct the problem, and was nowhere to be seen while the restaurant was in logistical disarray. We aren’t hard to please but I wouldn’t go back if offered a year of free food. Small footnote. I ordered the green chili cheeseburger that came out as a dry cold plain burger with nothing on it, and the buffalo chicken tots that came out room temperature after a 45 minute wait. Not to mention the cold soggy fries that came with the burger. My fiance couldn’t stomach her dry cold burger smothered in condiments and room temperature tots either. After 30 minutes she actually had to ask the server if she was going to get her salad. Sorry. I would have fired everyone, locked the doors, and tried to come up with a new business plan. This place would make terrible bar food look good.

Just like any other Bdubs, food is okay. Service was great. The two stars are because my wife and I went there for lunch at 330pm on a Tuesday and the doors were locked. No “sorry closed” or any other signs and looked like there was a worker out back smoking some weed.

Very good experience! The server was very friendly and fast. We accidentally ordered the wrong wings (our fault). The server offered to get us the right ones at no additional cost. I would recommend and will be returning.

The food is OK. Nice surroundings but whenever I pick up order it’s always late or wrong and then I noticed they were automatically adding tips to pick up orders which is up to my to decide if it deserves a tip. Why am I tipping for late or cold orders? Last time ordering from here. Plenty of mom and pop places to support where you don’t subsidize corporate greed.

Multiple times on a Friday night waiting on beer. Jessica needs assistance as she can’t keep up with two tables. I’ve never seen an empty bar on a Friday night before but now know why. 40 minutes waiting on a check with empty glasses…on Friday? Also they will not let you leave.. multiple times the only people in the entire place were customers…Zero employees.
