I come to this Dunkin’ Donuts location regularly as it’s the only drive-through coffee place in Chestertown. I rated three out of five stars because whenever I get coffee nobody mixes it, coffee is great but if you get sweet cold foam it’s a waste of money by time your done mixing cold foam is gone. If they mixed it would be 5 stars. Employees always polite, establishment is clean. 🙂

If I could give a minus zero rating I would. Untrained staff, didn’t fill up the cup, then we’re going to charge extra for making it correctly. Asked for the manager on duty, she gave an attitude about making it correctly. This franchise is the worst I have been to. Staff should be trained properly and a trained manager should be on duty at all times, especially if the staff are not trained.

I couldn’t even wait to get in the house to write this review so I’m doing it in the car. Ordered sausage egg and cheese croissant, hash browns and an extra large coffee. (Almost 10 bucks} Tried the hash browns first which were definitely old and mushy, filled about a third of the paper container it was in. Six to be exact. Thank God It was only six.Tasted like the smell of burnt wire or hot car brakes. Hard to describe, as if the fryer they use has a electrical short. I can pretty much eat anything but this pushed a gag reflex. Started to eat the sausage egg and cheese croissant which in all fairness tasted good but after a third bite I hit bone. Thinking it was a fluke, as it happens from time to time I tossed the bone and ate another bite. This time I hit another chip of bone, much larger. I started to minced the meat up slowly curious to see how many pieces were in there, I counted four. This issue is not particularly something wrong with this Dunkin’ donuts but with Dunkin’ donuts in general. The hash browns have no excuse. I give one star because the coffee was good.

Very good. Selection is quality. Sometimes they don’t have one type of donut, but I don’t take much issue with that. There’s always another choice of donut that’s decent. They’re good with customization of sandwiches. Top tier customer service. Would recommend.

Awful. We stood at the counter while two employees worked the drive thru thinking eventually they would acknowledge us. After 5 or 6 minutes I asked if there was someone who could take our order. One of the employees responded that they need to serve everyone in the drive thru before they can help us. In other words, as long as cars kept entering their drive thru, they would keep ignoring us. When I said they could have told us that 5 minutes earlier and we would have hopped into the drive thru, I got a snide remark back. The worst part was explaining to my 10 year old why they treated us like that when he asked as we were leaving.
