They are a perfect choice for client presentations, parties, and just about any other get-together you can think of. Our trays and platters are also warmly appreciated when offered as a thank you or sympathy gesture.

PrimoHoagies just opened up in Wilmington, North Carolina, and being a big fan of good food, I had to check it out. The place looked nice with its new building and tables, plus there were some special chairs outside that reminded me of where I’m from in Baltimore. The seating is very limited though. The restaurant comes from Philly, Pennsylvania, which is famous for Philly cheesesteaks, something I really like. So, I ordered one.

Brand new customer waited 30 minutes for ONE sandwich. I was number 2 in a line of 5 orders. Then you served#1 followed by #5, #3 #4 and then me #2. I don’t even care how the sandwich tastes. Your explanation: it’s coming next. You offered a drink or a bag of chips but I didn’t buy them and didn’t want either for a consolation prize. You had the opportunity to give me half off or even no charge since you’re trying to build a customer base. Good luck with that because you can’t do it by offering chips. I won’t be back and I’ll tell everyone I can of the experience. Oh and maybe more than one table (which was occupied) to sit and wait at if I’m waiting 30 minutes. I just got off work on my feet after an eight hour shift. You totally messed up. No one cared, you just thought I was unreasonable for asking about it. Was I? Don’t think so. Figure your line out!

Super friendly people here, and really helpful. Not ‘great’ for vegetarians, but we grabbed a cheese and Diablo. These were so so good. As a European, I miss good bread, but the bread here is the best. Even though the vegetarian options are limited I would definitely go again.

I have to say, the staff is really nice. It was my first time here and the young man that took my order was very patient and helpful. I ordered two primo sized sandwiches, a turkey and a Philly cheesesteak. The bread is really good and you get a decent amount of food, all in all a pretty solid sandwich. It’s definitely on the pricey side, $30 for 2, but my wife and I each ate half for lunch and had the rest later so you can get 2 meals out of the primo size, I guess that’s pretty good! They offer a good variety of options so I will be back to try some more.

Can’t tell you about the food because we gave up on our order. First got the app but it then sent you to the website because of some issue with new stores. Website was fine but it wouldn’t let me access the coupons so I called in the order. The person taking the order took the order, but really struggled and oddly put me on hold after I put in the order, making me wonder if it was received. When she picked up I had to prompt her if the order was complete, how much and how to pay. Then drove across town waited in a line with no signage for pickup or even where the line starts. I listened to the cashier tell the person ahead of me it was going “ to be a minute” on their order. When I finally got to the cashier 30+ minutes after I placed the order to pick up my order, they couldn’t find it. when they eventually found it they told me it would be another 20 minutes. I can’t comment on the food but would recommend some serious retraining of staff starting with the cashiers, directional signage and for patrons to hold off on visiting this location until they get things straight.

Great hoagies! I ordered a mild Italian and Turkey Schwartie and they were both delicious. Perfect proportions of meat/cheese to bread, with a nice hardy roll that doesn’t get soggy and fall apart even after sitting in the fridge for 24 hours. So glad to have Primos in Wilmington!

Maybe they were just having a bad day, but my food was not good. I threw most of it away. Which is a shame because 1 sandwich was $16.04 with no drink, and no chips. I ordered the Schwartzie. The bread was so hard I couldn’t chew it (yes, I have all my teeth). I asked for Swiss cheese and got pepper jack, which normally would be ok, but I’ve been having terrible indigestion lately. I won’t be going back. Also, hardly any seating indoors for customers.

Doordashed an Audie- Loved the seeded bread. Produce tasted fresh, love the hot and sweet peppers. Toppings mustard, mayo, oil vinegar, salt and peoper. Cant wait to surf other parts of the menu- steak and cheese, italians, diablos, etc. I will definitely hit them again this upcoming week. You have to pay for quality and I dont mind that.

Opening day, got a freebie. Went for the Philly cheesesteak. They passed with flying colors. Will be on my top list for subs. Limited seating so it will be more of a takeout establishment. Friendly staff and appears to be well trained.
