The restaurant it self was clean, food was a wait which was disappointing but understandable. The condiment section was very well stocked and clean. Once the shift changed happened there were several issues and the worst part is the manager had just left this evening crew came in and they were rude, talking inappropriately, you could hear them in the bathroom which was across the entire restaurant. Complained to them and received very snarky attitudes, and they all were chit chatting instead of working. Did happen to see that the new General Manager was still in the parking lot I made the complaint and he was super kind and sweet

Food was cold and tables dirty soda machine was gross. Fish was greasy and my burger was cold. If you cant have good help then close the damn doors. It was 730 on a Sunday night and place was filthy and food was horrible.

Driving to Kroger for tarter sauce while my food sits at home getting cold because after giving me change that was $5 off and forgetting to give me a my drink that had to ask for, they didn’t give me ANY tarter sauce. Granted they were nice and polite but doubt I’ll be going back through the drive through. Can’t say how food tastes because I haven’t gotten to eat it yet.

Ridiculous, dirty and slow. Last night drive through microphone didn’t work. Most self respecting places have updated their drive through equipment long time ago. Inside, the air conditioning did not work. Hot, stinky and smoke everywhere . Few people walked out without ordering. Floor dirty, coke machine dirty, obviously looks like it is barely hanging in. I am only giving one star because I have to. Last Saturday I was there went to the drive through and I ordered 2 meals one was in a box and the other was 8n a paper bag with napkins stuffed in the bottom to soak up the grease. It seams like everytime I go they are out of something. I was so mad. I mean I spent 22 dollars for what. This was the worst ever. I wont be going back. It’s a shame because I like the fish and now if I want it I have to go to Lexington. Something needs to be done

My visit was a sad and pathetic attempt to provide anything considered satisfactory. Everything was either mediocre or disappointing. Each piece of chicken was roughly a third the size of a piece of fish. It was as if they were broken in half and served this way to save time. Chicken is definitely much larger at the Shelbyville location. Hush puppies had some of them half uncooked. Missing the coleslaw and tartar sauce was also missing. Chicken was overcooked and hard while the fish was wet with raw batter on the inside. Got the most expensive family meal for a few people and ended up having to buy new food elsewhere. A waste of nearly $40 on this garbage.

Speaker in drive thru not working! Long wait,short staffed. Couldn’t they take orders and bring to car? That way we wouldn’t have to wait 10 min inline . basically stuck and couldn’t get out of line to go elsewhere.

Sat in the drive thru for 20+ minutes last night. The manager checked me out without greeting me then a guy came to take over. He asked me 3 times if I had paid yet or I wanted any sauces without ever looking at me. I would not be surprised if he was on drugs. He then handed me a bag of food that was not what I ordered. After flagging him down so he’d reopen the window, he kept asking me what I did order then abruptly slammed the window shut. A couple minutes later, he came back to tell me it would be 5 more minutes for what I ordered. I asked for a refund, so he slammed the window again to go get the manager to process the refund. She gave me the incorrect amount of change without looking at me or apologizing. I then had to sit there waving my arms for them to come back so I could tell them they owed me more money. He came back and I had to show him my receipt to prove myself. He then gave me more change without looking at me. Not once I was I offered an apology or even human decency of a smile, greeting, or eye contact. All in all, I was there for 30 minutes before I could drive away. I will never go to this place again. I’m glad I did t get the food, because the part I saw from the drive thru looked very dirty.

Cashier had no idea how to ring up what I want. Cook was wandering around in dining like a dork on drugs. Then when my food was ready one person was leaning on counter screaming my order number and another at the register. MOST OF ALL MY FRIES WHERE TOTALLY NASTY. Almost like they had be cooked for hours. Had to ask for some I could eat. My meal was surely not worth the $9.00 I paid. WILL NOT BE BACK!!!!!!!!!
