I usually don’t order pizza hut , but Milano’s was closed. I ordered a medium pan supreme with no sausage or beef. I specified that I only wanted pepperoni,GREEN PEPPERS, onions, and mushrooms. When I arrived, I received a pizza without any green peppers. The employee informed me that they didn’t have any green peppers. Next day(today) I reached out to management at this location, and she told me that the warehouse is completely out of green peppers. I understand that, but what I don’t appreciate is not being told that when ordering. I didnt get what I paid for. And the pizza wasn’t good at all. I won’t be back.

Pizza wasn’t cooked all the way and I ended up getting sick. I have no proof that the pizza is what got me sick but I’m almost positive it was. It was the worst pizza I’ve ever had. I love Pizza Hut but I will not be going back to this location. If I would have read the reviews, I probably would not have gone in the first place. The franchise owner needs to look into this place.

I definitely won’t be ordering from this location again. It’s pointless to choose options if the employees aren’t reading. Pizza was made wrong so I could only receive a refund by taking the pizza back that was originally delivered. Huge inconvenience at 9:30 p.m

This location is the absolute worst! I have had the unfortunate experience of ordering from this location 3 times in the last 3 months. Prior to that, I was a frequent customer of this location. I had to stop and regret ordering from here the last three times that I did. Each time, my pepperoni, extra cheese, original pan pizza has been awful. Undercooked/overcooked, messy, and no extra cheese. I am a rewards member and would rather order pizza from establishment that has no rewards program but will consistently make good pizzas. This is insane!

Unfortunately, great customer service is lacking at this location! I placed an online order for the Big New Yorker pizza! As advertised via the online website, television advertisements, restaurant window stickers etc; is a pizza with TWO different types of pepperoni on it!! However, as I was leaving out of the store with my pizza, I noticed the box was EXTREMELY light! So, when I got in the car I opened the box and it was a plain cheese pizza! I went back in the store and showed them my order receipt from online and told them I was missing my pepperoni! The worker, then tells me that the Big New Yorker is a “create your own” pizza and I was supposed to select what toppings I wanted! I then proceed to tell her that based off the advertisements, the pizza automatically comes with pepperoni, how was I supposed to know any different? I then politely ask how can I get the pepperoni? Could they please remake it for me, since I had no way of knowing? She then tells me that they can’t remake it, and that I would have to pay for an entire new pizza!?!? I was so heartbroken at the fact that they displayed no effort whatsoever of good customer service!? I literally spent $15 after taxes for a plain cheese pizza that I honestly feel was also made on the wrong crust, because the box was so light!! If you look at any advertisement for this pizza, the crust appears to be rather thick!! And might I add again, Includes PEPPERONI!!! I was so upset, that I just left the pizza on the counter and told them have a great day, free pizza on me!!
