This location has taken a turn for the worse over the last year. I stopped by to pick up a pizza a couple of weeks ago and was told that there was a 40 minute wait. I left. We used the app last night to order ahead – one ultimate supreme, one “slices and stix” half pepperoni, half cheese sticks. The supreme was undercooked and was shorted on ingredients. The slices and stix was passable. I won’t be using this location any more.

The young man in the drive thru is great. He always compliments us on something. We have been here twice in the past couple months. Both times he was in the window. Food is good, service was great.

Only one employee and forgot our order and food was sloppily prepared. Also locked door and disappeared into store before being re-informed that we had placed an order and what it was. Would not recommend this store to my enemy 45 minutes to get two poorly done pizzas not good.

I think not being able to order over the is pretty crappie. Then you get to the place you can’t go in and order you have to go through drive through. I tried ordering a thin crust with meat lovers. I was told I couldn’t because that was a special order. The guy kept apologizing because he usually don’t work the register. I kept assuring him it was OK . He look part autistic and I didn’t want to make it harder on him and I kept telling he was good he didn’t nothing wrong. Obviously it’s not the workers it’s the company’s rules not to answer the phone to have you order over the app over the internet. We’ll Lil Caesars how about if you are driving going from one town to another town and you are trying to pick up dinner for the kiddos for when you get home. Don’t you realize you not suppose to use the phone while driving. So now I’m sitting outside your building waiting on my pizza that I had to wait and order once I got there. So cudo to Lil Ceasars Safe Driving right!!!!

After waiting nearly 40 minutes, I received a text informing me that my order was changed or cancelled, to contact the store. The website shows my order has been canceled, and no one will answer the phone at their store. Horrible service. Update, it turns out they plan on keeping my money. A few days ago, they delivered a partial order; I checked and they didn’t refund a penny.

Service was slow, apparently someone didn’t show up for a shift. I got to watxh my order sit on the counter cloae to 5 minites while a young staff member looked dor sauce cups. My order was correct although the pizzas had a slight fermented smell from the cruat. As well as my crazy bread was dried out and hard indicating that it was far drom freah. They seem to be struggling a lil bit as they had a large order waiting as well.

Well, for a second it changed. But back to before. When I drove up two of the four employees were out back smoking. Placed order and came inside. Wow, a true SS. Lady place online order at 7pm. Its 815 and she still has no piizza. Only one employee making the pizzas. This is the worst owned/managed fast food place I have ever been to.
