This restaurant is what you usually expect from a Panda Express. They’re fast, it’s good, and affordable. However, nothing else stands out in their customer service or place. Also, make sure to ask for all the sauces that you want or need even if you put it in the takeout order, they always forget to add them.

I have been going to this Panda every week, once a week with my friend, for over a semester. Without fail, the pop machine ALWAYS has something out of order. Last week, it was lukewarm pop and the coke was not working. Once, there were at least 5 flavors out of order. One thing is for sure: each week, something different is out of order. How is this possible??? Who is fixing your machines?? Clearly they are not pop machine fixers because they are doing a terrible job. If pop machine fixers aren’t an actual profession, they should be because whoever you are getting to do the job doesn’t know what they’re doing. If you actually are paying for someone to fix your machines, let me let you in on a secret: they are robbing you blind. Please fix these machines or stop making me pay full price for a drink. Could I stop ordering a pop? Yes. That is neither here nor there. If you offer drinks, one would expect that all the drink options are available. If all the advertised options aren’t available, why am I paying full price? Not to mention, I can’t see which options are available from the register so I don’t know what my options are until I have paid for a drink. My pop money could go towards the children’s hospital that I’m always being guilted into rounding up for, and at this point it would be preferable. So here I am, hoping my review will at least guilt you into finding someone competent enough to fix this machine. You guys are playing Russian Roulette with my pop cravings, and I’m about over it. Please stop hurting me like this. Yes I will see you this Wednesday, but I hope not for the last time 🙁

Given some of the other reviews, if you want delivery, do NOT order from these guys. It’s clear that delivery is 3rd priority if a priority at all. They wasted my ubereats guy’s time with their slow service (because he was there on time, they weren’t ready) and the food was cold when he picked it up. The food is edible, but after waiting an hour to get it, that’s all it was – edible and I’m eating only for the fact that I am starving and shaking from low blood sugar (great job, I ordered two hours in advance and you couldn’t even meet that deadline…). The noodles are not well prepared, the meat, eh, and the rice was overdone. They also skimped pretty hard on the meat. I ordered a flavored tea, I think they sent me a water with maybe some brown food coloring – it was nasty, I had to pitch the whole thing.

Ignoring the sequence of ordering. Leaving no room for online customers. Order scheduled at 4 but I had to wait until 4:30 to pick up. The cashier constantly ignores me and made me feel like cutting in line when I just wanted to check if my order was ready. Food was alright.

I came in at 8:50 unaware the store closed shortly later, the lobby was very trashed so I’m assuming they just had a rush; however the employees at this location took it upon themselves to lesser my experience because they closed soon. I asked for the simple order of two plates, both with fried rice and orange chicken. They sold the last of the rice to the person in front of me and told me they wouldn’t make any more for me.

Went to have lunch and order 2 entree plate with noodles and mushroom chicken. Had a piece of metal in my food that cut the side of my mouth it was so big. I was offered a new lunch but that’s was the end of it after I said no. The manager said that it from the metal scrub pad. He didn’t seem to care.Unrelated the bathroom was disgusting and light was flickering. Soda machine had zero carbonation. I will not be going to this location again.

Honestly, sometimes this panda can be pretty good. However, if you come there around 11am- they give you LAST NIGHTS FOOD. every time i come somewhat early between my late morning classes, the food is stale and so disgusting ive vomited. the only reason i come back is because its the only panda i can get to by walking. also this specific panda up-charges a TON. where im from bowls are only 7 dollars. over at this location its around 9. absolutely insane they are allowed to do this :/

The service was terrible and the food just as bad! They got our order wrong. The noodles are now like angle hair pasta. The Orange Chicken was hard and hard to chew. The crab rangoon was runny,, disgusting!!! Rude rude employees!! Will not go back!
