For the love of God whatever you do, do NOT visit this location. This evening I entered the establishment and was shocked to see one of the employees with a pet RAT on her shoulder. She was off the clock and not behind the counter but she was still sporting a drive thru head set with a large black and white rat perched upon her shoulder with it’s nasty long tail going down her back. I was so shocked that I asked her if it was in fact a rat and she proudly replied “yes”. Dunks you have crossed the line with this as most restaurants don’t even allow dogs without proof of them being a support animal of some sort. If you can not perform your job without the assistance of a rodent then stay the hell home, folks like you can get a check and I for one prefer you do

When I went in there with my scooter, there was an employee. When I asked him why, he told me that it was because the scooter was not allowed inside. I understood and told him I was stepping out. He then told me to never come back as tho I was trying to steal from our destroy the shop. This was my first time there and I was immediately treated disrespecting. Terrible first impression.

Ridiculous on how they can’t make coffee I’ve been going there the last year. I do order ahead im fully aware it’s the busy time when I order so I give them a half hour to make my coffee it’s either wrong or not there and I still have to wait! Today they wanted proof I ordered my coffee when I gave them the proof the girl had to keep going on about how people steal coffee and proceeded to take another 10 min to make my coffee for the money you pay for coffee now they should really train there employees better in customer service I will definitely be taking my business somewhere else !

I ordered from my DD app and when I got to the drive up they didn’t have my donuts I ordered and when I got home 1 of my cups was not what I ordered , I got a large hot tea but received a coffee with some cream in it which ended up getting dumped down the sink. It wasn’t worth my time to drive back to this DD which was clear across the city. It seems DD doesn’t care about getting it right only making you leave the window for the next person. I ordered correct because it was on the tag on the cup. Is it really that hard to make you the correct drink that I paid over 3 bucks for. Is it.

I just wanted to order some coffee before work. The attitude I received speaks of poor management. Allocate rolls well so different people aren’t asking me the same question several times, and let customers know what’s happening instead of letting them stand there confused. I didn’t need to hear “We’re trying here, lady” as I left. I didn’t say anything rude. I was just confused since I wasn’t being filled into what was happening. I was left to stand there with no clue what was happening for a while. If three people can’t handle a small gas station Dunkin’ Donuts, that’s sad. I’d have me and one other person take care of the fast food place I used to work at with way more people relatively well and much faster. You have to have certain people do certain things and communicate instead of just everyone being everywhere. Like I saw one person pour a drink and another put the lid on… seriously, that’s such a waste of time. Have one person make the drinks and food, one at the window and also making occasional warm food since it is right there next to them, and one at the front and supporting drink person AFTER customers have been talked to in the least. It isn’t rocket science.

I come here every morning before work, I think I’m late for work every morning because they are not time efficient. This is the only Dunkins that takes 10 years to pump out orders. Sometimes I feel like I should just start going to a different Dunkins but this one is right down the street from my house and I prefer to give my business to them, half of the time the employees sit there talking to each other instead of taking orders it’s very frustrating. Occasionally they’re super quick. The staff can extremely nice but they are not efficient with getting people in and out! Since they got rid of the old crew I am not a happy customer the attitudes they give people! They are always arguing with each other with no care that people are hearing and watching! Bring back the old crew and owners! Or do something about the poor service

I’d give no stars if I could. Management was HORRENDOUS to their staff, I stood around waiting for my coffee after already getting my sandwich! I asked the manager who was standing around talking down about his employees to help with my coffee & instead of making it he tells me they’re working on it & has the poor front girl make it. I told him I wanted him to make it because he was standing around doing nothing.
