This location was very clean. Although it was small it was inviting and comfortable. I only saw one person working and though she had a few orders to fill, she was courteous and accommodating to my additional requests and questions.

Horrible location. Nothing but teenagers “working” there and doing nothing but cutting up and playing the entire time while in the restaurant waiting to place and receive order. Walked in and table full of employees jump up from table where they were all sitting not working and run to the back of the kitchen laughing as we walked thru the doors. Waited five minutes before one of them came back to the front still laughing and took our order very rudely and could tell he didn’t want to be there. While waiting for food I observed these same young boys not using gloves or hairnets while preparing food while actively rubbing their hands all over their clothes while continuing to handle our food. Disgusting and no food handling protocols being abided by by entire staff. Manager nowhere in sight, just a bunch of kids who clearly don’t take their job seriously. Restaurant overall disgustingly dirty. French fries were clearly double fried to try and make them appear fresh which made them even more burnt and inedible. Ended up throwing food away after taking one bite after returning home, which my appetite was gone after the horrendous experience at this location. Like another reviewer stated I refused to even feed my dog what I hadn’t eaten. Waste of time and money and will never return to this location until much needed changes are made. I love Wingstop but this location continues to disappoint. Will not be returning and will advise others to do the same. Save your money and go elsewhere. I left feedback on the corporate site page and hope they take these reviews seriously. I’m clearly not the only one who has had an awful experience at this location. I feel sorry for the franchisee of this location because at this rate the doors will be closing soon for good if something major doesn’t happen to turn it around.

This was my first ever visit to any wingstop restaurant and ewwwwwwww… where do I even start? Every surface in the entire place was crusty or sticky. It looked like the place hadn’t been cleaned in months! Even the bottles of hand sanitizer were filthy. Every seat and table had been taped off with yellow crime scene tape so there was not a single place to sit down. Also there was a table with a chair stacked on top blocking the hallway leading to the restrooms with a sign saying that the facilities were closed for guests due to covid. The unfriendly staff of consisting of nothing but teenagers who don’t care at all about customer service didn’t offer any help when I informed them it was my first time dining there and had questions about the menu. Then my kid and I were made to stand there, with our feet stuck to the floor for 21 minutes as the smell in the air kept getting progressively more foul. The wings even made my car smell weird on the drive home. I took one look at them and threw them directly in the trash. I didn’t even feel safe feeding the chicken to my dog. What a waste of $20 and 20 minutes!! Awful on so many levels!!

Horrible service and business practices. I walked in at 11:50pm. after a long, tiring shift at the hospital. They wouldn’t serve me any real food, said they could only serve fries because the boneless fryer gets cleaned at 11:50 and the bone-in chicken fryer gets cleaned at 11:45. I get it to some extent, you wanna leave early, get off work and relax or do whatever, but that should only happen when it’s slow or you have no customers. Like why have a closing time that says 12? Plus he told me that if they didn’t close down the fryers ‘till 12 they would be there until 2:30am. Really? That 10 minute difference is really gonna add 2 1/2 hours to your clean up? Get outta here. Really disappointing because last week at similar situation happened due to the time I get off work, but that time the guy taking my order and cooking the food could not have been any cooler and was totally understanding about me coming in closer to closing time, due to working at a hospital, which you can imagine is kind of hectic and crazy right about now. I won’t be giving my business to this location again and will warn my friends and family not to either.
