I live in the neighborhood across the street so naturally, I’ve given them the benefit of doubt multiple times with regret 70% of the time. We love the menu and tonight seemed like a good night for it. We ordered 2 chicken sliders, a 6 piece mozzarella stick, the Sweet Heat chicken sandwich and some fries. I get home and find one drop of sweet heat sauce on my cold c sweet heat chicken and one of my wifes sliders is about the size of a quarter. She’s not the type to send stuff back but I am, so I brought my sandwich back and told the girl at the front counter the issue. First, she told me it wasn’t her and then that they ran out of sweet heat sauce. I asked her why instead of trying to give away inadequate food, why not communicate and let the staff and customers know you’re out? She just apologized and offered to make me a new one. I reiterated that they were out of sauce and asked for a Ruben. When I got home, I expected them to take extra care in replacing the sandwich. But no, the bread on the Ruben was stale, thus prompting me to right the first review since I can remember and the only one star review I’ve ever wrote. This is disgraceful.

Used the drive thru today at 2:30. The service was fast and the girl giving me my food was very nice. The bacon burger and chocolate milkshake were great. I plan on stopping here whenever I see “the Burger is Back” on the sign.

Being in the restaurant industry for 12+ years, I have standards. My experience with this Arby’s wasn’t a good one. I first had to sit at the drive thru speaker for 5 minutes with no response. So I pull to the window where I sit for another minute or two WATCHING the employees and MANAGER standing at the door just chatting. Someone finally came over and I told them that no one was responding to the drive thru and she told me to go back around to order! So I did and ordered the #1 Beef and Cheddar LARGE! I get my order and call the store to speak with the manager and let them know my experience. I was met with excuses and “IF they were acting that way I’ll talk to them” and “I wasn’t up there because I was in the cooler”! I get home and my sandwich is COLD and tastes old. Nor did I receive my large meal I ordered! There was no refund or anything offered!! I wouldn’t recommend going here!!!

Not sure if we will ever return, especially in the evening. Sat at the drive thru menu for 10 minutes and no one talked to us, said hello, or took our order the whole time. When we decided to leave we drove past the drive thru window and the girl that was there was just standing there not doing anything. It’s sad that these days no one wants to work anymore. This is why we cook at home more now.

This Arby’s location is relatively new. My wife and I asked what type of meat was on the regular Gyros if they offered roast beef as an option. The guy says, it’s the same either way, we just has to ask anyway. He was kind and respectful, but was unprofessional around the customers.

Came through the drive thru today with my husband and kids. Their drive thru attendant Lajaiysha was so incredibly rude from the start of our order at the speaker. We pulled up & she states “are you ready to order?” sounding very annoyed. Once we ordered she stated $16.70. we pulled up to the window and she told us $17.70. (Our receipt said 15.70). She said nothing at all, just handed our bag to us and slammed the window. She might be having a bad day but It’s not professional to treat people that way when you are in a customer service role.

In general, I like Arby’s. For some reason this one seems to be lacking something. It’s disappointing that Arby’s took the potato cakes off the menu. Maybe that isn’t their fault. However, the girl who ran the front counter was cleaning the condiment area. The manager kind of loudly called her to come take our order. While she was nice to us, the poor girl seemed like this job was going to last another day and she wanted out of there. The store just gives off a neg vibe the few times we have been there. The beef n cheddar was good but kind of looked like someone strangled it to get it in the foil wrapper. Hopefully it changes for the better

Came in with a toddler , 1 infant , 3 adults and 2 kids at 7:30, not one person in the building eating . Waited at the cashier for over 10 minutes while everyone stared at us, very UNPROFESSIONAL manager comes out the office “can I help you “ . Turned around and left . FIND DIFFERENT EMPLOYEES WITH SMILES AND GREAT ATTITUDE. Place is brand new , with poor management and unfriendly workers .

This is supposed to be a double beef n cheddar, with extra cheese. I paid for a double beef n cheddar and got a regular. As a new location, this needs to be done better. Otherwise food was good and fairly quick.
