This was a good Papa John’s location. The staff was nice, the atmosphere had a pickup and leave vibe and the food was good. My only qualm is that Pizza had less meat on it than I want. Three pieces of chicken on a chicken pizza is scant. However, it was good, right temperature, right amount of sauce and the ingredients did come together. I mostly gave it a four because I had more toppings on a pizza.

I order food around 10 o’clock 1030 at night placed an order and was told I would receive it in 25 to 35 minutes. I received a call well after the time telling me that my order was voided because it was stated that a dash driver picked up food and I never received two so they canceled my order without knowledge while me and my children sat and waited to receive food never knew door Dash deliver. It always seem Papa John’s truck that deliver. Then I tried to call back and no one would answer on the manager line!! so unprofessional and not ready to have people waiting and we did not receive anything a $40 order that they cared less about. Then another day I placed an order for what I wanted the pizza came back sloppy chicken wings had no sauce on it horrible place I’ll stick to dominoes.

I ordered bacon cheese sticks, the first one had very little bacon so I asked for a remake and I ended up with even less bacon on the second remake! Didn’t ask for another because I was afraid I would end up with no bacon if I did.

This is $30.00 worth of pizza now? Do they even look to see that a quarter of one of the pizzas has no toppings before they cook, slice, box it up? Extremely disappointed and dissatisfied in this. I could understand if it was reasonably priced, but not for over $15.00 a pizza….order from here allot, or we used to until this. Rethinking our pizza source….

Delivery tracker is not accurate. Food was extremely cold. I stay approximately 8 mins from the store. My advice to anyone if you are not carrying out… order from somewhere else. The manager has a nasty attitude she is lazy and incompetent.

This location has ALWAYS had the absolute WORST customer service. Tonight, we ordered dinner (on line) to be delivered at 6:30 pm. We checked and double checked to ensure we selected future delivery at 6:30 pm and sure enough, once the order was placed, the system said the delivery would arrive shortly after 5 PM. I called the restaurant to correct the issue, and the manager told me, “You DID NOT select future delivery for 6:30 or I would have seen it. I just put your order in the oven”. She continued to argue with me. When I had had enough and asked for the owners information, she refused to give me any information. I DISPISE smart*** customer service, and this PaPa John’s always manages to hire the WORST employees. 3/15/2023

I tried the Chicken Alfredo Papa Bowl for the first time today and I don’t think the portion is worth $9.25! I was very disappointed and if I didn’t have to be at work the time I picked it up, I would’ve asked for a refund! I will attach a photo of the portion I received. Pizza was burnt and dry. Call to get my money back some lady answered the phone every rudely and said why didn’t I call baxk when the pizza was given to me and ask did I want my pizza re made. Proceeded to catch a attitude and asked me if I wanted my receipt and my money back, I said yes and she said I will make that happen and hung up in my face while talking. WILL NEVER GO HERE AGAIN. And my breadsticks were burnt and dry and not fresh at all!!! My delivery was really nice. She should leave that horrible working establishment.

Just got our order and the marinara sauce has mold on it. I attempted to call the store but when you ‘press 5 to speak with a manager’ it auto hangs up. Just wanted to bring the moldy food to their attention, guess this is how I’ll do it.
