This is the second time I have been treated poorly here. I walked in on Friday afternoon, plenty of help, but nobody would acknowledge me. On girl behind the counter asked an Asian girl to wait on me, she shook her had no and they all seemed to giggle. After a bit a girl took my order, just a coffee. The Asian girl made it and handed it to me, no words were spoken. Maybe I look funny or something but it was very uncomfortable.

This, in MY opinion, is a difficult place to find, difficult to get into the parking area,& Worst of All is the Drive-Thru!, pheww what a place to get into, Never mind GETTING Out, for Only when there’s someone wanting to go into the small mall area and they HAVE to let you out, in order for them to turn in, That’s When you’re Lucky enough to get Out. Everytime I come here there’s a problem, the service is ridiculously slow. The coffee tastes disgusting, like dirty water. There have been multiple times the person taking the orders through the drive through leaves their headset on and complains the entire time. If they are out of something they are very rude about it.

My absolute favorite Dunkin. My food and drinks are always great and the one time they made a mistake they were happy to remake my coffee. The workers are polite, competent and clearly care about their jobs. I don’t have to worry that my regular coffee order will taste different every time I go. The only Dunkin I will go to in town.

Didn’t get my receipt, had to ask for my donuts from the person who took my order. Drive through was prioritized for several orders before I was addressed in the restaurant. My snackin’ bacon was cold, and there was ice in my nitro cold brew which there’s not supposed to be. Spent over $4 for a small coffee and only got half of what I should have for coffee. I spent like $20 total and my son’s frosted donut was thrown upside down in the bag and then the 2 glazed sticks on top of it. No napkins were provided. I also don’t have an order number to report but everything I ordered at 10:30am 10/16 plus a medium hot coffee with cream has been listed here. Highly do not recommend.

I ordered a large matcha w almond milk and the lady made it w skim milk so I asked her to make it w almond milk like I ordered and she remade it for me but gave it to me less than half full and would not give me a refund or fill my drink up this costumer service is so unprofessional and rude. I had asked for a manager and she said she wasn’t there and walked away from me. Very unprofessional and not okay to let me pay 7 dollars for a drink that is less than half full. If I could leave no stars I would, I stop in on Fridays to get a coffee and something to eat every week, the service is extremely slow !!!! Average Waite time of 10/15 min for a bagel when the store is empty is terrible service!!!!!the only reason I use this store is for the sweet older woman that takes the orders.
