DO NOT GO HERE**Seriously they don’t deserve any stars after this I have been there before but now I don’t know what***READ BELLOW BEST PART***Yesterday I had showed up it was 7:20pm the guy tells me & my fiance oh we’re closed we close earlier now my manager changed. Online official Dunkin website it states they close 8 p.m.*****BEST PART**** I go today w/ my fiance ask for (2) bagel twists toasted, 1 dragon refresher w/ coconut & a hot matcha latte….. They charged my card…. Hand us the matcha then go to hand me the refresher… It was red as hell, milky looking partials, I go that’s not how it’s supposed to look it’s supposed to be more clear & not that color & what’s the floating particles.. They gave me a horrific attitude made it 3x which I do not believe they really remade it probably just make shifted it & it was worse eh time I said give me my money back. My fiance tried his watered down not even a latte matcha I said give me my money back for that too then I said where’s the bagel twists, they go oh it’s right here but we only had 1 out of 2 two I said why did you charge me without even knowing that you only had 1… I said I want my money back for every single thing,I’m done here with this it’s uncalled for. They were incompeten,t rude, no pride in their work. Real kicker was…. at one point the guy was saying they make the COCONUT refresher w/ almond milk…*false* unbelievable we went there around probably 2: 30pm 8/12 p.m. maybe if the management sees this… if they could tell who was on the shift. I will NEVER go back & I had to drive out of my way to go to different Dunkin donuts really. BC INCOMPIDENCE, ATTITUDES & TAKE NO PRIDE IN WHAT THEY MAKE. how many other times no sugar/flavoring/creamer ect. When asked they ALWAYS mess up .. messing up any of that ruins the drink….. DO NOT GO HERE!

Sucks on multiple occasions. One time I went didn’t have donuts in the afternoon, not even late afternoon. Yesterday I went, no cars at the drive through, later afternoon and pull up and no one says anything at the speaker for at least two minutes so I tried to finish my mobile order in that time instead. And with that order I got 10 ‘assorted’ munchkins—which were just chocolate and jelly. Only try to hit this location if you’re desperate, that’s what I do and it still sucks.

The coffees are always awful. Never taste good, something is always off. Haven’t been here in a while bc of this and tried again today and it’s taste bad, going to a different Dunkin for now on. Just better to avoid this place for coffee.

So….this is how my muffin was when I took it out of the bag. Either someone got hungry and took a bite or it fell off, but you DON’T put a muffin like this in the bag Dunkin’ Donuts! Yes, I did check the bottom of the bag to see if it fell off in the bag. Do I eat it or be grossed out that someone might have taken a bite of it? Either way, DON’T put a muffin like this in the bag to begin with Dunkin Donuts!!

This is not the place you want to get your coffee if you are in a hurry. Got to the order point finally after a slow moving line. Was there about 2 minutes and nobody said anything or asked to take my order. I then yelled out…”is there anyone there!” Before a lady calmly said I will be back with you. After another 2 minutes she took my order…I moved about one car space and was then stuck for another 5 min. I got impatient and left and instead parked and walked inside. I saw staff doing nothing just chatting…that is unacceptable.

Drive thru incredibly backed up, went inside . Immediately order for iced coffee taken, money exchanged… 15 mins. Later I was asked what I was waiting for. This was a mid day mid week not weekend. The kicker was 9 persons behind the counter with absolutely No management or communication. Literally was watching them trip over e r themselves trying to I guess fill drive thru orders not my single coffee. Never will I go back.oh, by the way, if anyone from Corporate is reading this , Get them off of checking their cellphone messages!!!!!!!
