Normally have good service at this location. Today was not so good. First kid taking order sounder like he did care or want to be there. Placed my order roast beef meal with potato cakes and mozzarella sticks . Was a little busy, did not mind the wait. Paid for my order took a quick look in the bag, first noticed gave me curly fries, and told them ordered potato cakes, which girl at window, corrected. The receipt was wrong which goes to the kid that took the order. Get home and find gave the wrong sandwich was not a roast beef, but a smokehouse brisket which i do not like, because of gouda and mayo. Would have given a 1 star, but girl at window was kind!

We order food from this location all the time while at work and we’ve never had a problem or complaint about the quality of food. But our visit today was not a pleasant one. I ate a curly fry immediately after pulling away from the drivethru “because thats what you do when you get fries” and they were room temperature. Which is disappointing because I had to wait for the mozzarella sticks to cook. Not a great visit today Arby’s. Sad

They FINALLY opened the dining rooms!! For people who drive tall top work vans and enjoy eating at Arby’s for lunch this is great news. It took them entirely too long… I’m pretty sure that they were the last place to do so that remained in business, but better late than never I suppose.

Chicken sandwich was just terrible, 2 for $6 special. Almost broke my teeth biting into it. 2 small cold chicken nuggets in a bun with a hard piece of cheese on top of them. I ended up throwing it out could not eat it. Usually Arby’s is good but not now, won’t be back. Waste of money how can they serve that to people. Even though they say help is hard to find how can the managers on duty allow their staff to give that garbage to a customer??

Corporate had better pay a visit to this location soon because the situation is unreal. From the moment you walk through the doors you’re smacked in the face by the stench of urine. Someone must have urinated in the dining room and no one ever cleaned it up – it has smelled this way for months. The floor in the dining room has been sticky for months. An employee told a customer waiting to order that they were “just chillin'” in the back once they finally came up front to greet them. I also overheard an employee state that “the DoorDash order is going to have to wait,” even though it came up first. So, because they mismanage their time by “just chillin’,” Dashers get pushed to the back of the line while they play catch up? I don’t think so. I will not be returning to this location ever again.
