The employees are friendly, efficient and delivered an awesome tasting and hot meal. It had been a while since I’ve been to Burger King and the experience made me wonder why. On 4/27, 2022, I went to the Burger King Drive though in Maysville KY at about 6:15 pm. I ordered a kids meal and asked for a large drink. The associate who was taking my order said that it was not possible to get a large drink. I asked him why I couldn’t order a large drink. He was very rude and said “the system will not allow me to”. I asked if he would help me think outside the box so I could get a large drink. He again was VERY rude and get very snotty with me. I then, asked if a drink was worth losing a customer and he said “Honestly ma’am your business is NOT going to hurt us at all”. At that point, I drove around to the front of the store went in to see if there was a manager and get names No one had name tags on, I asked for a phone number. They said there was no number. I then took a picture of each of the drive through associates and the sign with the management names. No one was helpful and each of the associates were very rude and not who i would have represent my company.

Food was excellent, however I had the New Bacon Whopper Melt a great sandwich but smaller than I expected. Same size as a regular Double Cheeseburger no where close to the size of the regular Whopper, but had a great taste. Had I known the size I would of ordered two.
