Waited in line for 45 minutes today while the employees decided that chatting with each other was more important than business. Had maybe 20 cars in line all waiting. When we got to the window we heard an employee complain about being at work for 2 hours. Also waited at the window for 10 minutes for my second coffee. I had ordered two frozen coffees, almost the exact same but one melted while the other one was being made. We tried to get the attention of the person at the window and got ignored. Would not recommend coming here. Horrible wait time, even worse coffees!

I never leave negative reviews but I feel it’s necessary this time around. I just don’t understand how hard it is to make a coffee correctly? I always ask for extra, extra oat milk and Splenda. They NEVER put any Splenda at all and the coffee comes out black, like no milk was even added to it. Who can afford to throw away nearly $6 these days?!

the two stars are for the people working there…they did great under the circumstances of being swamped on a Saturday morning!! Great job guys!! But DD has done downhill like everyone else on the quality and size of items….donuts are still good but have shrunk in size and asking way to much for them now …just cannot justify paying that much for the quality of the items offered, sorry!! Very disappointed…waited over 25 mins. in line..crazy!!

They weirdly are out of food and donuts ALOT! They always have coffee but there’s been countless times when we’ve ordered food or certain donuts and they are out or their ovens are broke. Overall, I’ll always love Dunkin’!

Rude employees! extremely slow service and constantly out of product. I got there at 5:30am and I’m literally the only car in line, I sat at the window for 9 minutes before someone finally said something about having no working headset. I finally get to order ,they made my coffee wrong and didn’t have the doughnut I ordered. The whole experience took about 15 minutes to service just one customer. I drive all across Maine for work and been to probably 50+ Duncan’s and this is by far the worst all around.

Why can you never get door dash orders correct? There are always missing items that are CLEARLY printed on the receipt you attach to the bag. I get that things might be out of stock, but you can substitute.
