Lame. Their breakfast sandwiches will never replace McDonald’s, or Burger King, or Wendy’s. The sourdough sandwich is supposed to be toasted. It was just dry bread, with 2 rubbery eggs, some bacon (not enough to give it much flavor) and a slice of cheese that was barely softened because the sandwich was barely warm. The main reason I stopped here was to get their frozen pumpkin drink as shown as available on DD’s web site. They didn’t have it here.

Just had a bad experience with a location down frm here. Was very impressed by the BIG difference in service. Greeted within a min of walking in, they were pleasant and professional. Our drinks were made with the thought, customer are number one!!! Thank you!! This was on 7/3/23 approx 230pm please find out who these employees were and thanked them again for me…….

This location is lacking in providing customer service. From the greeting at the drive thru menu, to the pick up window. I stopped going to this location after the 5th visit of the same poor service. I used to go 5 days a week. Although my order comes quick, it makes no difference when you are rushed off, and not even given a thank you or have a nice day.. They run the drive thru like an assembly line and customer service is no where to be seen.

They refused to take my US Currency, $50 bill. I asked them why and manager said too much counterfeit. I expressed my displeasure with a large US Corp not taking US currency and she said stop getting angry and upset at me and slammed the door in my face. I found some smaller currency and had to wave at the other girl to open it back up so I could pay for my order. They got my order wrong. I ordered a triple espresso, a cup of ice, a wrap and a sandwich. They put the espresso in the ice cup. I told them thats not what I ordered. Manager came back over – told me, “Thats not what we heard”…I said no problem, just fix it. She said “I can fix it sir, but I’m going to have to charge you for the cup of ice”…I said then forget the cup of ice – just give me my espresso, she said, “SIR! Stop getting upset with me I am just trying to get your order right”- I said I am not getting upset she said, “yes you are sir”….slammed the window on me again and started talking about me to the staff, at one point she was laughing like she was making jokes about me…..they finally brought me my triple espresso and I was finally able to leave. I felt completely disrespected – she was rude, over-bearing, obnoxious, unhelpful, annoying and unprofessional. She has a very think northern accent like New York. I literally don’t want to go back to this location for fear of having to see, or deal with her. She is setting a completely horrible example for the younger workers working under her at this location…..And to top it off, the Turkey Sausage McMuffin was completely uncooked like it just came out of the bag and the sausage was cold to the touch. I took pictures in case you didn’t believe me. Disgusting.

Lady at the register told me to “take a bite” after I told her she gave me the wrong muffin. I asked for a blueberry muffin and she gave me a coffee cake muffin. My gf has a severe cinnamon allergy so for her to say “take a bite it’s a blueberry muffin” was hilarious. Never had great service at this location and don’t think anything will change. There’s a night and day difference between the two muffins and don’t get how you can’t do your job well.

This is the worst Dunkin’ I’ve ever been to and I’ve gone back a couple of times hoping it will get better…. It doesn’t. From getting burnt to a crisp wake up wraps to ordering an iced coffee and tasting it to realize they put iced tea with cream and sugar in it instead. Do better Dunkin’.

Heather, who hops around from store to store, is a blessing. That woman’s energy and speed and perfectionism is stellar. Love seeing her in the drive through because I know not only am I going to get my order but I’m going to get a ten second exchange with a baddie. The crew you guys had there five months ago that used to pocket all the cash? Maybe you got new owners but this crew is ten times better. The puertorican girl with the red curly hair, the red head who went blonde, All great. Put those three on management and give ‘em raises
